Minimum Requirements - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to one or more State Bars is required. - 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required. - Current IAPP certification (required within 6 months of hire). -1+ years of privacy experience in a corporate, legal or educational setting preferred. - Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Privacy Act, GLBA, FCRA, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, DPDP, state consumer privacy rights laws, and state breach notification laws). - Ability to interact successfully with senior leaders (internal and external to the organization) with support from senior management. - Strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude. - Self-starter, quick study and ability to manage deadlines. - Able to work independently and in a team environment. - Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of key stakeholders; a strong collaborator and team oriented. We are seeking a licensed clinician who specializes in treating adolescent and adult populations. This person will possess the skills required to assess, diagnose, and treat mental and emotional disorders in adolescents and adults, establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, coordinate care with the families of adolescents as required, communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing, and speak before large groups. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide individual, couples, family and group therapy services to adolescents and adults. Develop and lead counseling groups with adolescents and adults, as needed. Cooperate with the counseling team to facilitate a safe environment for client recovery. Ensure documentation in the clinical record complies with standards. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulatory standards. Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and clinic matters and refer questionable issues to your supervisor. Coordinate care with client families, and other medical professionals. Develop and implement community programs that address mental health needs of adolescents, adults and families Maintain familiarity with community resources and make referrals for clients as needed. Identify business opportunities and potential areas for improvement. Other assignments as per supervisors instruction. Qualifications: Education, Licensure, and Experience Masters Degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy (Required). Valid Texas license (LPC, LPC-Associate, LCSW, LBSW, LMSW,LMFT, or LMFT-Associate) (Required). Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of counseling experience with adolescents, adults, couples (Required). Training in suicide prevention or crisis intervention (Required). Experience providing virtual services (Preferred). Fluent in English and Spanish (Required). Additional Qualifications Possess good oral and written communication skills. Experience in working with diverse populations. Possess good time management skills. Patience, perseverance, and resilience. Present a professional, positive image. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Google Suite Positive, respectful communication with both staff and clients Demonstrate self-motivation and perseverance to achieve goals Role model appropriate, professional behaviors including appropriate client boundaries Work effectively as part of a team, helping to set up others for success Work Schedule:Full time (40 hours per week), Flexible schedule, Typically Monday through Thursday, and Sunday (1/2 Day), and Special Events as needed.
