Education/ Experience Required: * Bachelor's Degree in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field, or attain within eighteen months of hire, at a minimum, a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field. * Minimum 1 year Early Head Start (EHS)/Head Start (HS) experience preferred. * Ability to establish effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisor and families. * Possess Strong verbal and written communication effective organizational skills including time management and prioritization skills. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
