SOS is proud to have full billing transparency. Office Managers are responsible for making the daily client schedules. Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval.

Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. A probationary period is required.
Candidates with no prior permanent employment with the State of Wisconsin in the past 5 years may be eligible to accept a sign-on bonus of $3,000. The sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments: $1500 on the first paycheck and $1500 with the paycheck for the pay period in which the employee attains permanent status (usually 1 year). (UW System employment isn't disqualifying.)
To receive the bonus, a candidate must sign an agreement indicating they will remain in that occupational area for a year. If the candidate leaves their occupational area prior to completing the one year, they may be required to reimburse the initial payment.

Job Details

Crisis Intervention Specialists provide emotional support, safety planning, information, and referral services to clients who call the 24-Hour Crisis Hotline, contact our agency through online chat, or seek services at our office. Crisis intervention clients include survivors of sexual violence, their friends and family members, and victim-serving professionals. During each interaction, Crisis Intervention Specialists assess the client's immediate needs, offer an appropriate short-term intervention, and provide referrals to programs and resources that will promote long-term healing.
To help survivors who are struggling to meet their basic needs in the aftermath of an assault or other triggering event, Crisis Intervention Specialists distribute food, clothing, and transportation assistance to clients who visit the RCC's office.
Participation in a 24/7 shift rotation, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, is mandatory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Encourage clients to identify healthy coping skills and mobilize their support systems to resolve the immediate crisis and reduce the impact of trauma.
Based on the client's stated or implied needs, offer referrals to services that are available at the Rape Crisis Center and in the community.
Provide general information on topics such as the dynamics of sexual violence, medical treatment options, and criminal justice system responses.
Provide crisis intervention, assessment, and appropriate follow-up care for clients who express suicidal ideation or threaten harm to others.
Follow professional guidelines, including compliance with HIPAA regulations and mandatory reporting responsibilities.
Dispatch advocates to hospitals, police stations, and other community sites for client accompaniment services.

Professional Qualifications

Required to complete the 40-Hour Sexual Assault Training Program offered by the Rape Crisis Center within six months of employee's start date.

SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program at the school site. The Crisis Intervention Specialist works closely with the principals, counselors, students, parents, community members, and other concerned individuals to ensure that identified Communities In Schools of Southeast Harris and Brazoria County programs are provided. Bilingual applicants preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Coordinates services for identified students and families during the school day and possibly before and after school.
Interview students and/or parents and/or guardians with problems such as personal and family adjustments, abuse, criminal conduct, finances, employment, food, clothing, housing, and physical and mental impairments to determine the nature and degree of the problem.
Secures information such as medical, psychological, and social factors contributing to a student's situation and evaluates these and the student's capacities.
Counsels students individually, in family, or in other small groups regarding plans for meeting needs and aids students to mobilize inner capacities and environmental resources to improve social functioning.
Helps students to modify attitudes and patterns of behavior by increasing understanding of self, personal issues
Maintains working knowledge of community resources and agencies and connects the appropriate resources to individual students' and families' needs
Refers and follows up with student and/or parent and/or guardian to community resources and other organizations.
Compiles records and prepares reports, meeting required deadlines in a timely manner.
Review the service action plan and perform follow-up inquiries to determine the quantity and quality of services provided to the student and the status of the student's case.
Accesses and records student and community resource information.
Secures supplementary information such as free and reduced lunch status, discipline reports, grades, and other school data reports necessary to assess the student's needs accurately.

Organizing and maintaining student case files in compliance with the Perfect File Checklist as outlined by CIS.
Plan, organize, and implement program design to meet the needs of the students and families effectively.
Relate, motivate, and encourage students, parents/guardians and/or administrators, faculty, and staff.
Have knowledge of Southeast Harris and/or Brazoria County resources.
Must be able to interact positively with a diverse group of individuals of the school, city, and state entities.
Compile and submit reports and information in a timely manner.

SUPERVISION

EDUCATION
Masters Degree is strongly preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
LICENSE
Licensure in either psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
EXPERIENCE
A minimum of three years experience in a work setting. Must be able to work with students and parents of low and medium incomes and interface with various school and community members.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Metrocare programs focus on the issues that matter most in the lives of the children, families and adults we serve.
The Bridge LCDC provides interventions to assist consumers with substanceabuse issues, specifically related to chemical dependency assessment, intensive outpatient (individual and group), and support outpatient (individual and group). The Bridge LCDC assures services as defined on chemical dependency service plan, and the consumer is actively working toward stated objectives and the family and natural supports are involved as appropriate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide individual and group treatment as part of the intensive and supportive outpatient programs at the Bridge.
Possess knowledge of substanceabuse issues and symptomology, DSM IV diagnostic criteria and treatment methods.
Maintain performance benchmarks
Conduct CD Assessment, Service Authorization Requests, and Service Planning.
Accurate and timely data entry into the state system, CMBHS, including CD Assessment, Service Authorization Requests, Service Planning, Progress notes, and Psychoeducation notes.
Complete documentation of services provided to individuals within 24 hours of service.
Assist in program data entry, tracking, and administrative tasks related to the Substance Use Department.
Assist in LCDC floater activity amongst different locations to ensure adequate coverage and support is provided.
Attend weekly meetings to review progress towards meeting program systematic targets.
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
LCDC licensure required. Associate Degree with at least four years experience in MH/MR or related field is required. Master degree preferred. Bilingual candidates preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Liability insurance is required if an employee will operate a personal vehicle on Center property or for Center business. Must be insurable by Center's liability carrier if employee operates a Center vehicle or drives personal car on Center business. Must have an acceptable driving record.

The Youth Engagement Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling eligible youth into workforce development programs through SERCO of Texas, Inc, Workforce Solutions Alamo and the City of San Antonio Ready to Work Program. This role plays a critical part in increasing youth participation and ensuring program goals, including goals, training, expenditures and enrollments, are met. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with opportunity youth (ages 16-24), has a strong community presence, and can build effective referral partnerships and outreach strategies in both virtual and in-person settings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted outreach to recruit eligible out-of-school and in-school youth for WIOA Youth and RTW related programs.
Identify and attend events and locations frequented by youth (e.g., schools, shelters, justice programs, churches, community centers) to distribute program information.
Establish and maintain working relationships with community partners, schools, juvenile justice, foster care agencies, and youth-serving organizations.
Coordinate and participate in community events, pop-up enrollments, job fairs, school visits, and virtual outreach sessions.
Assist youth with completing interest forms, pre-applications, and scheduling intake appointments.
Collaborate with Career Navigators and Case Managers to support enrollment follow-up, documentation collection, and referral tracking.
Create youth-friendly marketing materials and social media content in coordination with the communications team.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes using internal tracking tools and case management systems (e.g., TWIST, WorkInTexas, SNYC).
Monitor outreach goals to ensure alignment with caseload and program expenditure targets.
Provide periodic reports on outreach results and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in social work, marketing, public relations, or a related field preferred.
Understands and has experience managing work experience programs such as OJTs, Interships, and Work Experience programs, including the processing of timesheets, training plans, uploading documents for program completion
Experience working with youth or underserved populations, particularly ages 16-24.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with diverse youth populations.
Demonstrated knowledge of community-based organizations and resources that serve youth.
Ability to engage youth in both in-person and digital outreach environments.
Familiarity with WIOA Youth, workforce development, or case management is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn data systems such as TWIST and WorkInTexas.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel locally, in Texas, and occasionally out of state travel.
Working Conditions:
