They report to the Clinical Coordinator, or Director of Clinical and Social Services, while working closely with their Building Manager. A Social Worker II is an exempt employee who is required to have a Masters Degree. They are expected to be able to work autonomously while developing 1:1 relationships with the residents. WSFSSH strongly supports M.S.W. level social workers obtaining their licensing. We offer study groups for staff who are preparing to take their exam.
