As a UPK Teacher Assistant at Our Children's Place, you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of young learners through structured routines and nurturing care. Your day will begin with the morning prep, setting up the classroom, warmly greeting children, and assisting with transitions, ensuring each child feels dignified and cared for during toileting routines. Throughout the day, you'll support engaging learning and play activities, from circle time to small group interactions, while promoting social-emotional growth in a safe environment. During meal and rest times, you'll assist with snack and lunch, guiding children through bathroom breaks and helping them settle down for their rest period.
As the day wraps up, you'll facilitate end-of-day routines, communicate with families, and reset the classroom for the following day. What you need to be successful
