QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications for Special Education Teacher:

Evidence of effective teaching, service, leadership, and scholarship in teacher education and/or STEM-focused research within professional settings related to teaching children, with experience working with ELL students. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in STEM, mathematics, or science instruction. Candidates with expertise in culturally responsive/sustaining approaches and experience with culturally and linguistically diverse communities are especially encouraged to apply.
