In addition to subject area proficiency, this position requires the capability of negotiating multiple subjects in a dynamic setting; the ability to comprehend and execute verbal and written directions; the competencies of sound judgment and initiative when working in the absence of supervision; and the capacity to maintain confidentially within the TLC.
