Only pros is the manager of the warehouses Todd he’s a great boss.
The corporate part of the company has no idea what is going on. Everyday missed parts wrong orders and it all trickles down to the lower employees. They take 0 responsibility for anything and only hire people on that side they know. I’ve worked here 4 years currently in college and was told they don’t do internships. Meanwhile they have done them for as long as the company has been founded. I also worked in water as the back barn flooded every rain and nothing was ever done.
Nothing the ceo took over after her father and ruined the wholesomeness the company had.
I would get a new owner and sales department people who actually understand that product that’s being sold.
