Role Summary The Digital Products Leader for Risk, Legal, and Supply Chain drives the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of Suffolk's digital product portfolio, supporting these critical business functions. Serving as a strategic partner to business leaders, this role manages the entire product lifecycle through discovery, design, delivery, adoption, and iteration, all driven by measurable business outcomes. They define product visions, translate user needs into priorities, align initiatives to business objectives, and manage strategic vendor relationships to maximize return on technology investments. The leader provides hands-on technical product oversight across the broader product ecosystem, ensuring architectural integrity, operational resilience, and value realization from digital investments. They work closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to surface opportunities, clarify requirements, and deliver high-impact solutions. This role is pivotal to Suffolk's shift from a traditional application support model to a product-centric operating model, building capabilities that anticipate business needs, accelerate agility, and embed continuous improvement. The Role We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to drive hiring for critical construction field operations roles across the Northeast region (MA, CT, RI, NH, ME). This individual will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to the business, leveraging market insight, relationship-building, and executional excellence to attract top talent.
