* Lead Talent Acquisition plans for BU including recruitment and onboarding of campus recruits and experienced hires, internal mobility, and all associated processes, in collaboration with Headquarters Talent Management team as applicable.
* Oversee recruitment efforts to effectively and efficiently source and select applicants.
* Work with department heads and hiring managers to understand employee job duties and business requirements to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies.
* Review job applications and perform preliminary screening of applicants and candidates.
* Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program and minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 3 years of supervisory or management experience, required
* Professional in Human Resources(HRCI PHR) or Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM CP) certification, or other related certification, preferred
* Construction or construction-related industries or experience in large-size (10,000+ employees) organization, preferred
* Good understanding of business and construction operations

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

* Certified and authorized instructor by GU and OSHA to teach safety courses to employees and contractors

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assist accountant to ensure client contractual requirements are met in regard to billing and accounts receivable.
* Support the accountant to audit client billing and project ledger, in compliance with contract requirements, GAAP and company policy.
* Process accounts payable for vendor invoices and ensure accounts are up to date for assigned projects.
* Process accounts payable for subcontractor invoices, and work with accountant to ensure all applicable lien waivers are submitted and contracts and insurance requirements are in place.
* Assist with completing the monthly close process, ensuring all client bills and project costs are posted or accrued if work is in place and of material value.
* Provide monthly updates to projects assets and rentals for insurance documentation with project team.
* Assist with project financial closeout, ensure final contract amount and closeout documentation requirements have been met as agreed to by subcontractors.
* Assist with all internal and external audit requests.
* Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an an accredited and credentialed degree program, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

Position Description:
Provide comprehensive financial administration, perform accounting and cost analysis, and provide fiscal management and cost guidance for assigned projects in support of regulating fiscal compliance with company policies and procedures.

* Direct removal and replacement of, and document all non-compliant materials and/or workmanship. Document compliance after corrective work is completed prior to starting any subsequent work.
* Research and apply additional Quality Control and Lean procedures to enhance the quality of project delivery.

* Defne markups and labor rates based on project approach, backlog and level of risk.
* Prepare comparison analysis to previous estimates and develop clear and concise messages to explain variances for each project stakeholder.
