Handyman Duties (Secondary): Perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, hardware replacement, door adjustments, and ceiling tile swaps. Assist with maintenance of fixtures, furnishings, and equipment. Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify and proactively address aesthetic and maintenance issues. Assist with small renovation or upgrade projects. Indoor and occasional outdoor work in premium office environments. May require climbing ladders, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be comfortable working during off-hours or weekends as needed for project completion or scheduling. Here's What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial or high-end residential painting experience required. Experience in general building maintenance or handyman work. Excellent knowledge of surface preparation, application techniques, and materials. Strong eye for detail, color matching, and finish quality. Ability to read and follow specifications, blueprints, and work orders. Professional appearance and demeanor; strong communication skills. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe handling of materials.
