Able to follow established guidelines and work closely with the team when making decisions.
Detail-focused and able to stay organized throughout the day.
Able to operate handicap-accessible vehicles safely.
Strong verbal communication skills; able to follow written and verbal directions.
CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire - we'll provide the training!)
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with the frail or elderly population is a plus - but not required. We'll provide hands-on training and mentoring to help you grow!
Q-Straint Academy Certification (training provided)
Requirements:
Valid State driver's license with a clean driving record.
Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move during working hours.
Must be able to lift or push up to 25 pounds with proper equipment.
May be required to lift, carry, or support participants.
Must remain alert and attentive to participant safety at all times.
