About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for the foundational platform that powers all SugarCRM products.
This is a key leadership role responsible for defining how our platform scales to support new capabilities - from conversational AI and analytics to integrations, identity, and unified experiences. * Experience with enterprise SaaS products, ideally in CRM, CX, or adjacent domains.
* Track record of delivering cross-product initiatives such as unified UX, analytics, or data frameworks.
* Strong technical acumen and ability to engage deeply with Engineering and Architecture.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
* Proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically - from vision to delivery.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus

Staff Salesforce Developer
We're looking for a Staff Salesforce Developer to join our GTM Business Systems team. This team is responsible for designing, building, and scaling the business systems that power the entire customer lifecycle - from initial lead acquisition to sales, renewals, billing, customer success, and advocacy. Our ecosystem includes Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ, Marketo, NetSuite, Workato, Logisense, and Fastly products.
What You'll Do:
Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Salesforce APIs.
Lead technical design reviews and ensure best practices for security, performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions aligned with GTM strategy.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and systems like NetSuite, Workato (for automation/orchestration), Marketo, Logisense (billing), and internal Fastly systems.
Drive engineering best practices - including code review standards, and automated testing - to ensure high-quality releases.
Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, providing technical leadership and code review feedback.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the platform is optimized for scale and data integrity.
Continuously improve documentation, internal technical knowledge, and operational processes.
Participate in agile ceremonies, release planning, and deployment activities as part of our SDLC.
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Developer, Technical Lead, or Architect, with at least 3 years at a senior/staff engineer level.
Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs, with a history of building complex enterprise-grade solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, security model, and governor limits.
Proven experience implementing Quote-to-Cash and Subscription Management processes in Salesforce (CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Subscription/Contract automation).
Hands-on experience with Workato or similar integration platforms to build robust cross-system workflows.
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP, Logisense (or other billing platforms), and marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred).
Experience leading end-to-end development projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and rollout.
Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, profiles, sharing rules, and reporting/dashboards
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent) and Git-based version control.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
We'll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:
Hands-on experience with Platform Events, Async Apex, custom metadata types, and high-volume data strategies.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
Contributions to Salesforce open-source projects, Trailhead Ranger status, or active Salesforce community involvement.
UI experience using Javascript, HTML and CSS.

What You'll Do
Accountable for driving existing customer expansion and revenue, while meeting or exceeding quota goals, leading all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, sales campaign/meetings, discovery, qualification, negotiation, path to closure, and account management
Build and strengthen customer relationships, driving increased account market share and new Fastly champions
Prepare a territory plan and use all available tools to prospect effectively, achieving activity metrics provided by Sales Managers and sales operations. Adhere to territory assignment and pass off conversations that fall into other reps' areas of responsibility
Work with the Sales Manager to map new accounts (incl. key stakeholders and business requirements), develop account plans, and penetrate new accounts
Effectively and autonomously deliver the Fastly company story, vertical talk track value proposition-based presentations, and product demonstrations
Identify a prospect's issues, recognize requirements, and effectively articulate potential solutions
Work with Sales Management and the Deal desk to prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts
Develop a deal framework for all deals set to close, including necessary stakeholders, results, and timelines for both sides. Be able to communicate this effectively to the customer. Coordinate Eval/POC with the customer. Validate success criteria using the appropriate testing methodology
Accelerate customer adoption of Fastly technology and ensure customer satisfaction
Use SFDC to maintain updated account/contact information, accurately forecast bookings and revenue, track sales activity, and build target lists
Provide insight into the market based on first-line experience and the voice of the customer
What We're Looking For
A self-starter with 3+ years of technology (B2B, SaaS preferred) related sales or business development experience able to demonstrate development, growth, and expansion of territory
A technical sales background and a strong marketing and business development acumen enable them to drive an engagement at the CTO, CMO, and VP of Digital Experience levels, using ROI models and case studies to justify the need
Experience with security technologies, content delivery network services, web analytics, website performance, cloud storage, mobile content delivery, or managed web hosting is highly utilized and desired
Passion for working in a multifaceted, collaborative, and purpose-driven environment
Experience running a sales pipeline and driving partnerships to closure
BA/BS degree preferred (major in an Engineering or Business discipline: Finance, Economics, Marketing, etc. preferred)

Senior Analyst Relations Manager
The Senior Analyst Relations Manager will help shape the future of Fastly's edge cloud platform by executing on key aspects of Fastly's AR program and product practices to further our most strategic company initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a hearty appetite for leading through change, a curiosity in tech innovation and proven success managing AR programs. Clear, concise communication and great relationship building skills are a must. This person is adept with current market trends, AR best practices and strategic thinking and planning with a knowledge of the current security and networking industry analyst landscape.
What You'll Do:
Execute on the AR strategy for security and compute markets, setting direction in conjunction with Senior Director of Analyst Relations
Oversee planning and execution of all day-to-day AR activities for the assigned product areas, including:
Keeping up a drumbeat of analyst interactions - briefings, inquiries, strategic engagements, etc.
Fulfilling and coordinating responses for analyst ranking documents and RFPs
Managing AR component for related product launches as well as overseeing AR activities at product-related events
Hosting analyst meetings and events for PMs and execs
Reporting back analyst insights and program results
Identify and work directly with product line spokespeople for all analyst interaction
Present AR program updates and research insights to various company stakeholders

What We're Looking For:
8+ years of demonstrable experience in running an analyst relations practice for a security and/or network technology vendor

We're looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Security Detection Engineering team. In this role, you'll grow and shape our detection engineering program and level up our security incident response processes.
