5+ years leading and developing high-performing, multi-functional sales teams.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
Exceptional commercial and financial acumen, with advanced negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and build strong executive-level customer relationships.

Shift: Working hours will be determined by work load and shift coverage needs. Typically, Day Shift starts at 5:00AM and ends between 1:30PM and 5:00PM;
Night Shift will start between 3:30PM and 5:00PM and will end between 12:00AM and 5:00AM.
In this role you will be accountable for:
Observe Company Safety Policy and Procedures; follow and support all Safety Policies and ISO Procedures
Capable of operating all machines in the shop (including large mills, lathes, stripping machine, peening machine, tool post grinders, and other equipment)
Operating a machine consists of:
Able to lift large, heavy equipment using the crane or spreader bar setup when required
Operate manual and automatic feeds to 0.0002” as required for final cuts
Operate machine to make complex angle cuts and threading where multiple speeds and feeds are required
Complete all documentation pertaining to the work assignment
Work closely and clearly communicate with the other departments, Machine personnel, Supervisor, and Leads
Complete assigned jobs start to finish with little or no supervision. This includes the ability to perform the following:
Perform intermediate trigonometry to help determine tooling required to machine the part and best matching method
Read blue prints, drawings and sketches that may be required intermediate math and problems solving skills to calculate dimensions note specified on print
Help maintain equipment, this includes the following:
Check / Add oil
Clean machine after each shift
Place tooling in correct location and organize
Dispose of and properly document left over machining stock (New Parts, Met Samples)
Q.C. all manufactured parts prior to removing from machine and informing the Department Supervisor of the following items:
When/If item is deburred
Once dimensions are verified per print
Alert Supervisor if there are any discrepancies
Steps required before part is complete
Remain physically active from start of shift to end of shift, including, but is not limited to:
Sweeping
Cleaning area
Organize tooling
Operating Machine
Organize project parts
Planning -Work with Department Supervisor to develop a machine plan:
Determine what tools will be required prior to starting the machine process
Be on the job site and in your assigned work area at the scheduled time
Keep work area clean and well organized during all phases of the project
Have an maintain ability to use and operate the overhead cranes, torches, grinders and forklifts
Maintain LEAN objectives within the department
Must follow the dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times
Maintain accurate time sheets/clock in and out on a daily basis
Complete company-required training programs
Use PPE as identified in risk assessments or other related safety documents.
Do not undertake activities that have not been risk assessed, or where an assessment is not available or understood.
Report any instances of spillage, uncontrolled exposure or other related safety issues to their line manager.
Ensure the correct use of waste segregation facilities and the efficient use of natural resources and raw materials.
Have the required tools to perform their expected tasks

SCOPE:

This Position reports to:
Engineering Manager
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be the technical lead and/or design authority for Process Automation engineering projects in Renewable, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power Generation, Water treatment industries both in US and global projects, making technical recommendations and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Responsibilities:
* Support the design, development, and integration of PLSS components and subsystems for space suit applications.
* Collaborate with systems engineers, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and performance.

* Design, create, and repair mechanical components or sub-assemblies using applied mechanical engineering principles, including solid and fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.

* Create prototypes and conduct testing to ensure design performs as expected.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer with experience in Portable Life Support Systems (PLSS) or related life support systems to join our Houston-based team. This role will focus on the design, integration, and testing of electrical and electronic subsystems that support astronaut life support functions in space applications.
The candidate should understand basic material compatibility with space environments and softgoods. Reviews the work of members of the project teams to ensure conformance with established guidelines, methods, procedures, and policies. Provides technical oversight and assistance to other departments as required. Provide support to in-field applications if necessary. This position is subject to moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment. The Ideal candidate will have a background in aerospace with experience in aircraft pressurization systems.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop electrical systems and components for Spacesuits, PLSS, and other products including power distribution, sensors, control electronics, and embedded systems.
* Design and develop electrical systems product design to ensure all specifications and system interface requirements are met.
* Interfaces with customers, defines system interface, and conveys requirements to Design Engineers.
* Evaluates and trades potential system and component options at all levels.
* Performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of options and makes recommendations to both internal and external customers.
* Prepares product verification plans to demonstrate compliance with specification requirements.
* Work with fabrication and manufacturing departments to ensure final design is properly executed in the creation of mechanical products.
* Use drafting tools or computer-aided design (CAD)/drafting equipment and software in design work.
* Prepares test plans and procedures for systems, subsystems, and components that must demonstrate compliance through testing.
* Disseminates engineering inputs to other departments for use in the preparation of technical orders, manuals, logistics support, reliability reports, maintainability data, and system safety inputs,
* Prepares material for presentation and participates in design reviews with both in-house personnel and customers in attendance.
* Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical hardware into the overall PLSS architecture.
* Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and interface control documents.
* Support hardware prototyping, build-up, and functional testing in lab and environmental test settings.
* Perform failure analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with NASA and aerospace industry standards for safety, reliability, and human-rated systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
* 5+ years of Engineering experience in Aerospace.
Preferences:
* Experience working with NASA or commercial spaceflight programs.
* Familiarity with PLSS or Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) architectures.
* Familiarity with software tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Python for test automation and data analysis.
* Familiarity with software revision control for flight systems.
* Experience with debugging and interacting with electrical and mechanical hardware.
* Experience with environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration, etc.).
* Experience with PTC Windchill.
* Experience with sensor integration, power systems, and data acquisition.

Your role and responsibilities:
The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end shipping process, coordinating import and export freight activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products to Customers, Project Sites and Inventory Locations. The ideal candidate plans, coordinates, and monitors customer shipments to ensure seamless processing and compliance with U.S. Customs and International regulations. Leads logistics operations across internal teams and external partners, serving as the key liaison between factories, project managers, and customers. Oversee shipping documentation, customs compliance, vendor performance, and inventory control. Mitigate shipping risks and manage ABB-established inventory locations. This role is contributing to the Electrification Solutions business (ELDS) in North America. Main stakeholders are external and internal customers, project management and engineering, supply chain, project operations management, etc.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Lead and oversee ABB's Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) program and warehousing operations, serving as the central liaison between factories, project teams, and customers to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.
Manage and optimize inventory levels by monitoring SMI stock, maintaining accurate records, ensuring safety stock coverage, and driving inventory optimization projects aligned with company targets.
Support supply planning and logistics operations through cycle counts, audits, ERP alignment, shipment tracking, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain high service levels.
Ensure compliance and continuous improvement by analyzing fulfillment metrics, managing tariff and trade regulations, driving vendor compliance, and promoting innovative digital tools and best practices for inventory and resource management.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Bachelor's Degree along with 5+ years of experience in project execution environment and Inventory Management and Control.
Proven trade compliance, international shipping, and logistics experience. Experience with tariffs a strong plus.
Strong computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft suite (Excel), SAP and Power BI and other database management tools.
Ability to think strategically about complex multifaceted concepts. Qualities of proven relationship building capabilities will be required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written required. Spanish is a plus.
Availability to frequent travel (~25%) both domestic and international.
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
