Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine tire and vehicle simulation models using computational tools
Assist in data processing and analysis from tire testing and simulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results into design improvements.
Create and Develop vehicle models for handling and NVH simulations, using a combination of vehicle measurements and data acquisition
Use tire testing data and simulated tire data to optimize NVH performance in vehicle simulations and testing.
Assist with tire and vehicle outdoor testing, including vehicle instrumentation and data acquisition and analysis
Debug and optimize simulation software to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Document findings and contribute to technical reports and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging simulation technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of tire mechanics, NVH, vehicle dynamics, and material properties. Advanced knowledge of simulation software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master s degree in mechanical engineering, material science or related field
Experience with machine learning applications in predictive modeling

Position Summary: Supports all Huntsville Proving Grounds (HPG) and off-site tire testing for vehicle tire development - pcr/ltr. Performs and supports the testing of development tires through test driving and reporting. Preparation and tear down of vehicle tests which includes; vehicle acquisition and setup, mounting and balancing tires, equipment installation. Operates to a test schedule issued by HPG leadership. Prepare and present comprehensive evaluation results through detailed reporting to SRI and SRI America, Inc. engineers.
Essential Functions/Duties:
• Under the direction of the Testing Manager provides a comprehensive testing service through tire testing.
• Provides guidance and direction to HPG support staff, as well as participation in all testing functions.
• Develops new tests in all disciplines to:
a) Improve current methods to better define test results.
b) Understand and study new aspects of tire performance.
• Issues comprehensive reports on the results of testing performed in a timely manner.
• Under direction of HPG leadership, liaison with SRI test groups and OEM through joint testing and training.
• Assists in the organization and maintenance of the HPG testing service area and warehouse.
• Daily shop upkeep - housekeeping duties and facility security.
• Provide assistance to higher level engineers in all testing and traveling when necessary.
• Assists in the transactions involved with the shipping and receiving of test tires, rims and related equipment.

Position Summary
Combining your in-depth automotive repair knowledge with your exceptional people skills, you'll manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and customers. * 4 years of auto service technical experience.
* 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.

* Teammate and customer/communication skills.
* Ability to recruit and select technicians successfully according to store requirements.

Essential Functions/Duties:
Under the direction of the Testing Manager provides a comprehensive testing service through tire testing.
Provides guidance and direction to HPG support staff, as well as participation in all testing functions.
Develops new tests in all disciplines to:
a) Improve current methods to better define test results.
b) Understand and study new aspects of tire performance.
Issues comprehensive reports on the results of testing performed in a timely manner.
Under direction of HPG leadership, liaison with SRI test groups and OEM through joint testing and training.
Assists in the organization and maintenance of the HPG testing service area and warehouse.

Provide assistance to higher level engineers in all testing and traveling when necessary.
