Summary:
Maintains current understanding of applicable corporate, departmental, state DOIs, CMS and ERISA regulations. Conducts auditing and monitoring of configuration products and procedures to ensure department compliance with policies and regulations. Completes universes and scorecards for related measures, reviews outcomes with management and recommends corrective actions for continuous improvement. Manages Corrective Action Plan (CAP) process for the department to ensure timely resolution of compliance concerns.
Formal Education Required:
* Bachelor Degree in a business, legal/regulatory, or healthcare-related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience & Training Required:
* Three (3) years experience to include configuration experience working in a managed care or healthcare environment, health plan auditing, project management in a health plan environment, or compliance/regulatory program administration. Medicare or Marketplace experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Formal Education Required:

2. Experience & Training Required:
a. Ten (10) years of business systems IT experience, including 8 years in a senior-level role responsible for Health Plan applications, financial and/or health insurance applications, their selection, implementation, and life cycle support. Summary:
Performs Electroencephalograms (EEGs) and/or Evoked Potentials (EPs) studies in the Laboratory and at the bedside of patients. Performs video/EEG monitoring.
Formal Education Required:
* Graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) program OR Associate's Degree in Allied Health or Natural Sciences OR training in a 2 year Neurodiagnostic educational program Or be ABRET registry with related credential (R.EEG T. CNIM,CLTM, R.EP T., etc)
Experience & Training Required:
* Two (2) years experience as EEG Technologist working in Neurodiagnostics.
* ABRET registry with R.EEG T. credentials, preferred
* CPR/BLS certification
* Video Long Term Monitoring (LTM) experience is preferred.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
* Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, health care personnel, patients, families, and visitors.
* Ability to calibrate and operate equipment, properly position patients.
* Ability to utilize computer system and file system to facilitate patient records management as directed.
* Assumes accountability for demonstrating behaviors consistent with the customer service policy.
* Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
Level of Physical Demands:
* Extensive sitting and frequent walking, occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to assist with positioning and transporting patients, i.e., pushing beds, carts, and wheelchairs.
* Ability to maneuver equipment and motor coordination to operate equipment.
$33.08/hr - $39.70/hr
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials.
