Summary:
The Care Management Assistant (CMA) provides support to members of the Care Management team. As a member of the discharge planning team participates in care coordination and transition planning efforts. Summary:
Functions under minimal supervision to safely operate and maintain multiple sophisticated medical types of equipment and all the technical aspects necessary to use efficiently. Formal Education Required:
* Graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) program OR Associate's Degree in Allied Health or Natural Sciences OR training in a 2 year Neurodiagnostic educational program Or be ABRET registry with related credential (R.EEG T. CNIM,CLTM, R.EP T., etc)
Experience & Training Required:
* Three (3) years Neurodiagnostic technology experience in an acute care setting, performing procedures on adult patients (infant, pediatric with future growth); experience in Video Long Term Monitoring (LTM) strongly preferred.
