Primary Responsibilities
New market process - Working with ISP on ordering circuits/troubleshooting
Troubleshooting - Assist with issues in physical sites, assist the helpdesk team with escalations
Projects - Assist with current projects, IPAM, Peplinks, and Monitoring

What You're Working With:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Network Certifications - Net +, CCNA, JNCIA

**SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** This job has the goal of providing the opportunity to acquire practical experience through direct exposure to the related business line(s) and to develop the next generation of diverse business professionals. To that end, the program will provide hands-on training and experience in the business line, expose the various career opportunities in the business line and related areas, and prepare participants for positions in the business.
Typical responsibilities include, developing process flows for currently undocumented processes. Analyzing the impacts to create a log for Business Analyst/Consultant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This log would serve as a reference during projects and SME meetings. Research and analyze competitor approaches to provider data management, identifying best practices and potential areas of improvement. Revamping our PIM letters, the goal is to ensure these communications clearly outline necessary next steps for providers and offer detailed, easily accessible processes for completing those steps n.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program in a related program.

Job DescriptionSponsorUnited's training program, SponsorUniversity, is a professional development experience designed to introduce students to the sponsorship and media industry. Participants gain hands-on experience in data management and research across both traditional broadcast and digital media platforms.
We are seeking motivated interns to participate in structured learning exercises that mirror our media data workflows, offering supervised, educational experience in broadcast sponsorship and data management. The research and analysis components are conducted primarily for learning purposes and guided practice, under SponsorUnited supervision. To prepare you for this work, you'll complete a structured and personalized training program designed to build key data management and analytical skills relevant to the sponsorship industry.
Time Needed: 10-15 hours per week for 6 months
Please note this is an unpaid position with the opportunity for academic credit and is entirely remote. This internship allows students to earn academic credit through their university while gaining practical experience in sponsorship data and marketing.
Responsibilities
