Generous time off. My pay was good but many staff were underpaid
Leadership salaries are much much higher than comparable non profits. The CEO makes $500,000.00 and bonuses and is not at all competent at his job. Other leadership staff protect one another to secure their large paychecks, but it is constant chaos, disorganization, and the leadership never communicates with the other staff. No staff meetings or ways to communicate or get feedback. Don't take my word for it: They lose 58% in the first six months. Most non-profits lose about 15%.
Generous time off policy.
Sorry, not much to say there. The only person on the team of value was recently laid off.
The board needs to really know what is going on there, and hire some independent group to address the systemic problems and toxic culture plaguing the organization.
My interview process took four months. That should have been a red flag, but it was a new position, so I thought it might take longer than ususal.
It is one the high end of average.
That is the best part of the organization: It is very diverse, which it needs to be given its location and the people served.
