2007

2007: The ABA Banking Journal recognized Summit Bank as the 33rd highest rated bank in the nation, as measured by return on average equity among banks and thrifts between $100 million and $3 billion in assets.

In 2007, Arif Habib Securities Limited acquired Pakistan Operations of Rupali Bank Limited, under the Scheme of Amalgamation by the State Bank of Pakistan.

2008

2008: Recognized by United States Banker in June 2008 as number 41 in the nation among banks between $100 million and $3 billion in assets.

2009

2009: United States Banker named Summit Bank among the Top 200 Community Banks nationwide.

2010

Assets grew to $679 million by end of 2010.

In 2010, Suroor Investments Ltd. acquired 59.41% stake in Arif Habib Bank Ltd.

2015

In 2015, the Bank expanded its market area to Central Oregon with an office at 560 SW Columbia in Bend.

2017

2017: American Banker named Summit Bank among the Top 200 Community Banks nationwide.

2019

2019 – 1ST SUMMIT BANK celebrated its 95th Anniversary.

2021

2021 – Our 17th office in Murrysville, PA opened.
