The pay was an increase
The hiring supervisor and manager deleted my work and made it appear I had not done my job. The supervisor spoke with 5 of my families and all 5 were transferred to a new case manager which is unheard of. There was no support the departments did not communicate or interact I was prevented from giving people on my caseload services as directed by dddd Worse job of my life.
They offered a paid lunch which I never took because the work load did not permit it.
They were awful and did not investigate allegations against staff, they believed patrons with no proof and fired staff
Management needs to look at what happened from staff and individuals side
I wish I hadn’t worse job of my life
They paid more but the management was horrendous they didn’t support staff and sided against staff .
I was not represented the union couldn’t help me and as they have only one hiring supervisor you are at her dim witted mercy
Being able to make a difference for people in need. Summit county undermined that in every aspect of my work.
