We're seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Project Engineer who is ready to take the lead on a variety of civil/site development projects. We have offices across North Carolina including Wilmington, Asheville, Hillsborough, and Raleigh. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Project Engineer to play a key role in delivering thoughtful and effective civil/site design solutions. Qualifications: * B.S. in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an accredited institution. * Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire. * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in site/civil design, with a strong portfolio of retail, commercial, public sector, and residential projects. * Expertise in site layout, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management, water and sewer utilities, and erosion control. * In-depth knowledge of local entitlement and permitting regulations. * Proficiency in technical design software: Autodesk Civil 3D (required), Hydraflow Storm Sewers/Hydrographs, WaterCAD, and Microsoft Excel. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse project teams. * A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for client service. * Willingness to participate in professional development, local events, and community engagement.
