Support business development, participate in industry events and maintain existing client relationships. Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in site/civil design, with a strong portfolio of retail, commercial, public sector, and residential projects. Expertise in site layout, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management, water and sewer utilities, and erosion control. In-depth knowledge of local entitlement and permitting regulations. Proficiency in technical design software: Autodesk Civil 3D (required), Hydraflow Storm Sewers/Hydrographs, WaterCAD, and Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse project teams. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for client service. Willingness to participate in professional development, local events, and community engagement.
