Matthew has been a leader in the healthcare industry for over 20 years and in the C suite for the last seven years. As Chief Operating Officer of EyeCare Services Partners, he was responsible for: Operations, Integration, Revenue Cycle Management, Provider Recruiting, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality and Purchasing. A dynamic executive, he has extensive experience in a broad range of healthcare industry functions. He has successfully built businesses, sourced and executed transactions, created and executed strategies, optimized operations, developed and launched products, driven international expansion, and extended brands globally. Most importantly, he has been successful at building winning teams that have driven business growth and maximized investor returns. A charismatic, authentic and action-orientated producer, Kirchner brings to every new assignment, activity or challenge a passionate commitment to success. Balancing a bold vision with a pragmatic approach to delivering results, he has established a reputation as a globally focused leader with strong financial, analytical and execution skills. Used to operating in a highly complex, regulated and fragmented industry, Kirchner’s ability to motivate and to build teams that produce results has created significant value across diverse organizations. He empowers his teams and fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability. He has held various positions at Medtronic, Amgen, J&J, Lehman Brothers and Campbell Alliance. He received a MBA from Duke University with a Health Sector Management Concentration and BA in Kinesiology from Occidental College.
