Job Description The Contract Deployment Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of strategic account contracts. This role ensures accurate catalog and pricing data, supports compliance, and provides exceptional service to internal teams and external customers. Little York Rd., Houston, TX 77040 Key Responsibilities Lead the deployment and maintenance of strategic account contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and internal teams to respond to RFQs and maintain agreements. Oversee data integrity for vendor catalogs and customer pricing within the ERP system. Manage price administration activities, including spend analysis, SPA utilization, and vendor pricing agreements. Conduct profitability reviews and recommend adjustments as needed. Support service centers with contract-related inquiries and issue resolution. Maintain accurate customer part numbers and assist with VMI and consignment program data. Monitor contract performance and compliance across accounts. Provide leadership and guidance to the Contracts Deployment Analyst team. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications Essential Skills and Experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis). Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with proven problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in electrical distribution or related industry. Familiarity with vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and consignment programs. Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision. High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in business preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods (85%+ of workday). Regular use of keyboard and computer systems. Occasional lifting of up to 5 pounds. Ability to climb stairs occasionally. Role Summary: Catalyst and resource for process Continuous Improvement initiatives in all areas along the Value Stream, actively contributing to the identification, prioritization and execution of Product, Process and Quality improvements through utilization of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies and tools, as well as cost effective strategies. Provides process development and continual improvement support to departments and functions ensuring flawless execution of projects from conceptual stage to implementation or delivery through consistent application of quality principles, robust processes and appropriate techniques, tools and methodologies. Responsibilities: + Partners with Managers and Supervisors to achieve Flowserve goals and objectives. + Uses, and promotes the use of appropriate Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving methodologies and tools for effective project prioritization and continual improvement initiatives, optimization and error-proofing of internal processes. + Facilitates problem-solving and process improvement teams, coaches employees in operational and non-operational departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing or Service, etc. as required. + Supports and mentors departmental teams in standardizing, documenting and sustaining improvements verified to be effective, establishing new baselines for continual improvement. + Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production. + Investigates project/capital equipment proposals, develops justification, prepares requests for expenditure, acquires equipment, installs equipment, and ensures that justification goals are achieved. + Specifies and acquires factory supplies that reduce costs and improve effectiveness. + Ensures availability of CNC programs to support new products and customer requirements. + Assists with training, instructing, and maintaining a flexible operator CNC programming and tooling skill base. + Ensures tooling and fixtures are available to support customer demand. + Troubleshoots processed and equipment minimizing delays in production schedules. + Assists with development of the profit plan and the manufacturing strategic plan. Track assigned capital projects and expenditures status to ensure timely completion and within budget. + Keeps abreast of new developments in the field of machine tool equipment, tooling, and methods. Recommend innovative solutions when applications are feasible to improve throughput and quality. + Understands and supports all Company objectives and performs duties delegated by management. + Enforces safety rules by ensuring that tooling, fixtures, and process meet all applicable OSHA regulations. + Enforces Flowserve's environmental policies by ensuring that processes meet all applicable environmental regulations.
