Job Description
Role Summary
Summit's warehouse associates play a pivotal role in fulfilling our customers' needs for materials and services by receiving in new material from our vendors, picking customer's orders for will call or delivery, and participating in cycle counting and other inventory management practices. This role is Summit's entry level branch position and an excellent role to be introduced to the business and learn skills, product knowledge, and industry best practices that prepare the associate for future opportunities at Summit.
What you will do:
* Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
* Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
* Load and unload Summit trucks.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Summary: The Material Handler is primarily responsible for fulfilling orders, organizing and maintaining existing inventory, loading and unloading delivery trucks, putting away stock and being a dependable and reliable team player.
Responsibilities: Duties
* Locates material and pulls orders using established RF/warehouse procedures to fulfill orders;
* Responsible for unloading product (using both a forklift and hand loading) and putting away product accurately to designated areas within the warehouse;
* Checks in any incoming product using established RF/warehouse procedures for receiving, ensuring deliveries match the company purchase order;

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Application Instructor's main responsibility will be to instruct the FAST service team. The instructor will be required to Analyze their knowledge required by the CSE's and build structured training courses to meet these requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Deliver high-quality Application training to customer support engineers, technical support engineers, install engineers and external customers.
Understand and integrate various instructional delivery techniques to engage students, with required cultural sensitivity to deal and work with global students.
Identify gaps and areas of improvement in existing techniques. Develop new BKMs (Best Known Methods) as needed.
Audit and mentor junior and guest instructors to improve overall instructional delivery skills and curriculum standards to ensure the latest guidelines/templates are consistently implemented
Maintain existing curriculum by implementing application cases

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Field Application Engineer for a Semiconductor Manufacturing company is very different from a Sofware Application Engineering role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Product Integration and optimization at customer site including Alpha/Beta testing, characterization and analysis
Product Expert - Conduct formal training & hands-on training for customers
Develop and Maintain Strong Customer relationships - Involves collaboration with customers, and building KLA champions at the customer site
Failure Analysis - Diagnose and resolve any issues at the customer site while interfacing with Software, Systems and hardware engineering to ensure peak tool performance
Transfer product knowledge to both division and customer engineers, ensuring alignment and effective deployment
Support sales and marketing functions by providing technical insights and contributing to ROI analyses and product positioning
Drive new product development as needed by providing suitable inputs and understanding minimum viable product requirements
Drive Application conference calls for the field to distribute technical and sales knowledge back to division
Product Development: Characterization of next generation state-of-the art semiconductor products. This includes designing test plans, collecting data, performing analysis, publishing results and recommendations in the form of applications notes and best-known methods.
Use-case Demos: Conduct SensArray product demonstrations to showcase product performance and develop use cases to help drive SensArray product sales.
Publish regularly technical papers, Best Known Methods, and other technical documents
Be aware of the latest technical developments in semiconductor manufacturing for each technology node
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factor
Be responsible for acceptance test, application training, mission/recipe setup, project execution, and related pre-sales activities.
Travel:
T ravel up to 50-70% may be required, as needed, to support SensArray products at customer sites in US (Texas, California, Oregon, Idaho, Virginia, New York and Arizona) or worldwide.

Ability to travel last minute to domestic and international customer facilities is needed to help support customer escalations or issues.
Desired Qualifications
Past experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and fabrication is a highly desired quality.

Cross-Regional Support & Shift Coverage
* Participate in Follow-the-Sun (FTS) support programs, including 5x24 or 7x24 coverage models.
* Ensure seamless handoffs and consistent customer experience across global hubs.
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
* Maintain organized documentation of tool issues, fixes, and best practices.
* Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials.
Customer Engagement & Case Intake
* Interface with field teams and customers to intake support cases using structured engagement forms.
* Gather detailed logs, problem statements, and target metrics for efficient troubleshooting.
Tool & Subsystem Expertise
* Develop deep technical knowledge of E-Beam subsystems (e.g., TMAC, ASC, CSSI, RAID).
* Support diagnostics and contribute to subsystem-level issue resolution.
Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of semiconductor metrology tool maintenance experience.
* Must be able to travel domestic and international of at least 30%
* Hands-on experience in hardware and software integration, testing and troubleshooting in semiconductor wafer inspection systems is an advantage
* Excellent data analytical and diagnostic skills
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Proficient with all Windows office suite applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with E-Beam products is highly preferred.
* Basic knowledge of Electron beam microscopy.

NDT Inspector II
This position will be on 2nd shift hours, Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm.
Position Summary/Essential Functions:
This Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Inspector will perform radiographic and penetrant inspections on commercial and military aircraft engine accessories and land and marine engine accessories. Digital radiography, and water washable fluorescent penetrant methods will be utilized to perform non-destructive test inspections.
Responsibilities:
* Principal responsibility of the position is to review hardware, using all listed NDT methods, to assure compliance with quality requirements.
* Set up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests, and to interpret, evaluate and document results in accordance with procedures approved by the appropriate Level III.
* The individual shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the method in which he or she is certified and shall be able to organize and document NDT results.
* The individual shall be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the methods utilized by Parker GTFSD.
* Develops techniques or work instructions from approved general procedures (for digital RT, , PT and only). The technique or work instruction shall require final approval by the Level III certified in the method.
* The individual shall be capable of providing the necessary guidance and/ or supervision to trainees and Level I personnel in the technique/ method in which they are certified.
* Willingness to be flexible in multiple methods to meet business needs.
* Perform failure analysis, product development, R&D and production utilizing digital RT & CT.
* Reconstruct and compile data.
Qualifications:
* Must have a GED/High School or higher degree.
* Candidate must currently meet the qualification requirements of NAS-410, and complete the necessary exams required to certify as an NDT Level II for Parker in both Radiographic and Penetrant Inspection.
* Candidates must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the general and specific exams and must detect all discontinuities or conditions specified by the Responsible Level III during the practical examination and achieve a score of 100%.
* Documented NDT work experience and training must include a minimum of 1600 hours in radiographic inspection (80 hours of formal training) and 400 hours in penetrant inspection (FPI) (32 hours of formal training).
* Must be able to pass a near vision 20/25(Snellen) at 16" +/- 1" comprehensive eye exam (natural or corrected), and submit to a color deficiency test.
* A good working knowledge of welding, heat treating and brazing is a plus.
* Good knowledge of machining and assembly procedures is a plus.
* FAA Repair Station background is a plus.
* Must work well with others in a high performing team environment
* Must have good communication and clearly articulate information to others.

1) Installation of new tools at customer sites. Follows all procedures and provides a consistent result within specified cycle times. Achieves a predictable warranty start.
2) Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems related to installation.
3) Troubleshooting and repairs of moderate system level problems are based on the IE2's technical knowledge, education and training. IE2 seeks help from senior Engineers and Management when problems occur that may exceed knowledge, education and training.
4) Prepares field service reports and daily passdowns on Installation progress and non-conformances. Contributes to post-activity Quality Feedback Report
5) Obtains all necessary international travel documents and manages their personal lives to be ready to travel for extended periods
6) Manages personal finances to prevent disruption to scheduled activities - even when traveling for extended periods.
7) Travels domestically and internationally by commercial transportation to customer sites.
8) Works with Senior Engineers, TSE, or Managers to formulate and carry out POAs
Minimum Qualifications
ASET minimum degree or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry is required.

**Role Summary:**
The Technical Sales Specialist serves as the primary point of support for regional activity related to Severe Service Ball Valve Sales. The role supports channel partner/end user sales to position and close orders, working closely with local/regional sales teams, engineering, and commercial operations to drive success for Severe Service Ball Valve Sales.

**Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

+ Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills; skilled in solution positioning and challenger methodology.
