Comfortable working environment
The loan officers are unprofessional and rude. The loan officer support staff is unprofessional, rude and does not have the necessary skills to do their jobs. How people are spoken to is awful. My manager was blatantly racist and very disrespectful.
The comfortable office environment, HR very attentive and caring, being able to get off early on Friday.
Summit has a wonderfully supportive culture. My team cares about producing quality work and they encourage you to expand our skills.
Budget constraints will often delay upward mobility. People will take for granted the perks of the job become more self-involved.
My favorite perk are SumFun events. Each quarter, every department is given the resources to participate in a team building activity during work hours.
