Job Description
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for welcoming and providing exemplary customer service to all our incoming patients at CityMD. Job Description
The IT Desktop Specialist technical role supports and maintains organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This role includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The IT Specialist will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
Responsibilities
· Provide installation and support for a wide variety of hardware, including laptops, desktops, network and server equipment, tablets, cell phones, and other peripherals.
· Provide white-glove end-user support, leveraging multiple communication methods such as: phone, Microsoft Teams chat and in-person support.
· Suggest upgrades/replacements of hardware and software when appropriate.
· Perform software/application installation and support.
· Support IT leads and managers with the development and progress of Jr. desktop technicians, ensuring appropriate communication, incident documentation and proper escalations are consistently met.
· Serve as go-to technical resources for escalations within the help desk and desktop team.
· Ability to efficiently identify software and hardware issues that require Level 3 or third-party escalations, to minimize business disruptions.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The essential functions of a Scribe Tech are:
Assisting the physician with basic patient care and medical procedures, which may include but is not limited to phlebotomy, Urine Drug Screens, rapid point of care testing, UA, EKG, procedure set ups, etc.
Ensuring Department of Health (DOH) compliance of site lab and exam rooms which may include but is not limited to logbook maintenance, checking for expired medications and supplies, proper handling of specimens etc.
Escort patients to exam rooms, x-rays or other facilities on site as needed.
Ability to maintain quick pace in fast paced urgent care facility for the duration of scheduled shift (8-12 hours except for meals/break time).

Qualifications
A candidate's qualifications will include:

The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for assisting in managing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful administrative, financial and operational aspects of a CityMD site. Essentially, an Assistant Manager is accountable for:
* Supporting a patient-centric urgent care experience from welcome to the departure of the facility

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
Radiologic technologists must follow physicians' orders precisely and conform to regulations concerning the use of radiation to protect themselves, their patients, and their coworkers from unnecessary exposure.
Help patients transfer to the detector or exam table and ensuring adequate patient immobilization to perform radiologic exam.
Verify proper patient identification on the study and route it PACS. Send required information to Virtual Radiologic when indicated.
Place demographic information in the reading room for interpretation.
Maintains a daily log of patients seen.
Operate radiologic or fluoroscopy (c-arm) equipment for diagnostic quality imaging.
Obtains essential information from patients, medical records, and previous scans for clinical correlation.
Monitor patient reaction to treatment and changes in physical or mental status, reporting change to the appropriate person.
Prepare and assist patients for radiologic procedures as requested by a physician. Provide patient care with dignity and respect for the individual. Educate patients about the procedures to be performed. The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for welcoming and providing exemplary customer service to all our incoming patients at CityMD. Essential Job functions:
Uses appropriate aseptic technique to draw blood cultures.
Processes Stat specimens according to SMG SOP.
Prepares collection containers with appropriate preservatives for patients and gives instructions for proper collection of specimens at home (Urine & Stool). Properly measures and records a volume for a 24-hr collection.
Properly collects a COC Urine Drug Screen.
Properly administers and collects a H. pylori Breath test.
Properly handles orders on minors.
Uses the correct procedure for completing paperwork and labeling of specimen for OVH Blood Bank specimens.
Processes satellite specimens and delivers them to the appropriate department.
Monitors inventory levels and follows appropriate protocol for replenishing supplies in phlebotomy room and storage area.
Deletes/cancels orders as necessary with full documentation of reason. Ensures proper patient charge deletion according to departmental policy.
Recalls patients for follow-up procedures or error correction as required. Documents callbacks in the lab logbook.
Utilizes LIS for all applicable functions to perform job duties, including downtime procedures.
Adapts work schedule to meet emergency staffing needs.
Required Competencies:
Demonstrates competency in all areas of adult phlebotomy*
Demonstrates competency in all areas of pediatric phlebotomy*
Demonstrates competency in all areas of infant phlebotomy*
Demonstrates competency in performing skin punctures*
Demonstrates competency in performing bleeding times including entering the result in the LIS and the logbook.

General Job functions:
Properly check-in a patient in a satellite lab, including arriving the patient on the day-list.
Properly process lab and office collected specimens for transport to the main lab by courier.
Contact a courier for a Stat pickup in a satellite office.
Properly perform, log, and enter a result for a Rapid Strep and or Hemoccult test in the LIS. Notifies physician of critical (positive) result.
Trains new staff in proper lab policies and procedures.
