What you will do:
Non-supervisory rig-based drilling positions are responsible for performing various manual labor tasks throughout the rig site, including rig up and down activities, general equipment operation, repairs and maintenance on rig components, assigned activities on the rig floor, mud-mixing, handling tubulars in the derrick, and other various duties as assigned.
Demonstrate the H&P Company values: Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, and Teamwork.
What you need:
The worker must be at least 18 years of age
The worker must pass a post-offer physical examination
The worker must have proper legal authorization to work in the country where the rig is operating
Work assignments are generally 12 hours per day, for 14-28 consecutive days, followed by 14-28 days off
Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Basic ability to understand, speak, read, and write English
Basic computer skills required
Non-entry-level positions require a minimum of six months of prior drilling experience, as well as knowledge of procedures associated with drilling a well
Prior mechanical equipment experience is preferred for motorman positions

Participate in our NexGen Training Program to build technical skills and gain hands-on experience.
Monitor pipeline systems, perform inspections, launch and receive pipeline internal tools, and conduct minor maintenance.

* Use Ignition and SCADA systems to monitor operations
* Perform Lock-Out/Tag-Out process on pressure vessels, and pipelines.
* Write and document various permits associated with daily activities.
* Full fill area operator responsibilities on all permits executed with area of responsibilities. (Proper delegation maybe required).
Chemical Technician

* Adjust & optimize chemical injection rates based on production volumes or H2S readings.
* Perform pump & equipment maintenance along with general housekeeping focused on maintaining reliability.
* Troubleshoot & repair problems with equipment in the field including chemical pumps, atomizers, & UltraFabs
* Coordinate maintenance and facility repairs with multiple teams.
* Comply with company policies along with state and federal regulations.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The OSBL FieldOperator plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of shipping, loading, and utility systems at the RGLNG facility. This position is field based, with a strong focus on LNG ship loading, marine operations, utility systems, and storage tank support. Assist in the preparation and execution of ship loading operations in compliance with Ship/Shore interface protocols.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The ISBL FieldOperator ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the RGLNG facility. This role is primarily field-based and involves conducting routine checks, monitoring equipment, supporting maintenance, and assisting internal and external support teams. The Floorhand I is responsible for performing tasks associated with the operations of a well servicing rig. The Floor Hand I works under the direct supervision of the Rig Operator and Tool Pusher to carry out all assigned job duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Understand RES concept of Stop Work Accountability
* Ability to learn RES safety policies and procedures
* Participate in Meet and Greet at location sites
* Participate in JSA/DWP and tailgate meetings as scheduled
* Basic understanding and ability to operate rig equipment - slips, tongs, and elevators
* Basic understanding of mud pump and fluid handling operations
* Understand the role of a floor hand during loss of well control events
* Pull and run rods and tubing
* Understand basic secondary lift mechanisms such as rod and electric submersible pumps
* Assist in pipe tallying, rigging up and down, and nippling up and down BOP units
* Responsible for keeping worksite, equipment, and tools clean and in good working order

REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE
* 6 months of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred
* Must be familiar with pump and tank operations
* Must have a valid state-issued driver's license, CDL, or the ability to obtain one
* Ability to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment
* Competent communication skills
* Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule

SUMMARY: A Workover Rig Floor Hand is responsible for performing services on oil wells utilizing a double, single, and Pole Rig. The duties of the floor hand include assisting in rigging up/down, pulling/laying rods, tubing, casing and other functions as specified by the rig operator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Picks up/lays down pipe and latches tubing in elevators
Rigging up & down, including handling guidewire hydraulic jacks, pads/boards, and emergency gear.
Handle tubing, rods, casing and associated equipment such as rod strippers, polish rods, etc. The rig hand will operate rod wrenches, tongs, elevators, and associated equipment.
Assists in lifting, removing, installing and operating well head pump, jacks and performs other tasks as designated by the rig operatorOperates the mud pump
Manages tools on the workover rig floor and assists in daily maintenance
Attends and participates in safety meetings
Requirements
EDUCATION:
Must have a high school diploma, equivalency or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Must have one - two (1-2) years of experience within oil and gas workover rigs, drilling rigs, production facilities, pipeline labor or equivalent experience.
SKILLS:

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work primarily at job site performing work in outdoor weather conditions with exposure to extreme cold, heat, and noise depending upon project site; and may also include the following:
dust, fumes, chemicals, and/or other harsh/hazardous solvents or disinfectants
electrical components, power lines, or other electrical hazards
rebar, blades, or other sharp objects/tools
high elevations, trenches, or crawl spaces
Possible travel during the work day between jobsites, although some out-of-area travel may be expected with seldom overnight travel.
Work irregular hours to include nights and weekends.
