Pros of working at Summit Polymers

I am a skilled worker, CNC programmer and operator. I am salary based with overtime exempt. I work in a technical area and appreciate the knowledge and skills of my supervisor and colleagues. The pay is very good and the quality of work required is excellent along with stressing efficiency. Benefits are good with options to choose from. Vacation opportunities are excellent along with sick days.

Sometimes he lacks flexibility if you need to take unpaid time off unrelated to fmla.
