POSITION SUMMARY
As a Customer Development Representative, you will serve in a highly visible role meeting with residential and commercial customers, builders, community leaders, developers, and other trade allies to coordinate and develop new growth opportunities for Summit Utilities. You will also plan and coordinate with local operations and contract services to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a network of relationships with commercial and residential developers, builders, architects, engineers, trade allies, and city officials to build customer loyalty and influence customer energy choice.
Initiate and respond to prospective customers and develop opportunities for new growth.
Maintain contact with builders and developers regarding potential growth opportunities and survey territory for new construction activity to generate leads.

Monitor project workflow and serve as liaison between customers/contractors and the Summit Engineering and Construction teams to help ensure growth projects are prioritized in such a way that balances each customer's project schedule and energy needs.
Engage in activities with various trade allies, business associations, and civic groups.
Develop relationships with community and civic leaders so that Summit Utilities is regarded as a dependable and trustworthy energy partner in the communities we serve. Deliver Customer Development Slide presentations at monthly Safety meetings.
Aid local employees participating in the EGO program with facilitating the submission of new service leads and opportunities for the Customer Development Reps.
Maintain and enhance leads and opportunities within the C4C system.
Generate G6 notifications within SAP for address creation and new service requests.
Collaborate closely with sales support to ensure timely resolution of all customer issues.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of natural gas and/or equivalent utility experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading the contract services team through resource planning and providing direction to contract crews, contract inspectors, company supervisors/managers, and company employees while aligning with Summits values. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct a team of managers fulfilling management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws such as hiring; assigning and directing work; providing training; appraising performance, rewarding, and providing corrective action when necessary; assisting in the resolution of employee issues.
Work directly with the Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Regulatory, Accounts Payable and the Finance Departments to ensure all facilities installed/replaced are safe, efficient, and reliable systems, and that quantities and activities are accurately reported for payment.
Coordinate with other Business Units to ensure consistent processes and procedures are followed.
Review all plans for the installation, maintenance, and repair of facilities including gas transmission and distribution lines.
Ensure the reliable operation of all equipment as applicable.
Make certain the organization has the resources to successfully manage their projects.
Drive safety initiatives through modeling a passion for the safety of employees and customers and assisting the corporate and local safety manager in the development and implementation of safety programs.
Oversee the development and implementation of progression and training for regional management, supervisors, and front-line employees.
Ensure that the installation and commissioning of projects are compliant with applicable federal, state and industry regulations such as Department of Transportation/Pipeline Hazardous Material Safety Administration and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, Public Utility Commission regulations.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering, or related field.
Current in all relevant natural gas training and/or certifications

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Engineer contributes technical knowledge in the evaluation, selection, and application of standard engineering techniques for the purpose of designing/drafting and/or modifying natural gas transmission pipelines and distribution systems. This position is responsible for assisting with all preliminary and technical engineering design work, project management, project permitting, and safe implementation of natural gas systems and projects within the Summit Utilities family of companies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Engineer will be responsible for assisting engineering staff in the following areas:
Performs day-to-day project duties producing construction document deliverables for natural gas system projects.
Utilizes Autodesk/Civil 3D and/or other software platforms to create and edit applicable natural gas system construction drawings, civil engineering site plans, detail drawings, and mapping.
Gas Modeling - assists with modeling of natural gas systems using company Gas Modeling Software (in house training provided).
Reviews industry and company design standards, regulations and material specifications and apply knowledge to system designs, calculations, and details; collects and researches industry and vendor data and analyzes information to pioneer feasible solutions; reviews design calculations and drawings with peers and modifies designs when necessary.
Performs occasional field work to perform construction review for compliance with company standards.
Assists with preparation and revision of construction specifications, contract documents, easement documents, and various permitting applications.
Permitting - Works closely with engineering staff and local managers to clearly and accurately identify and fulfill necessary permit requirements for gas systems projects (State DOT, USFS, COE, Railroad, City/County ROW, storm water, etc.). This may require periodic on-site monitoring and reporting, as well as coordination and planning with outside agencies and consultants as needed.
Project Management - Assists with management of project budgets and scheduling and creates Construction Execution Plans for scopes of work.
Rights - Of - Way/Easements - Works at the request of engineering management and local managers to accurately research property ownership information and develop acquisitions of any private rights-of-way necessary for construction work.
Assists with preparation and drafting of easement documents.
Works to help track easement acquisition progress and payments.
Record Keeping - Responsible for accurate record keeping related to installation and monitoring of gas systems, including but not limited to pipeline inspections and excavations, as built drawings, and easements. This involves coordination with the Company's Asset Data department and may require periodic data entry.
Performs occasional field work to evaluate site conditions, including the use and training of GPS equipment.
Coordination with multiple Company departments (Operations, Construction, Sales, Legal, GIS Regulatory, and Accounts Payable).
Other duties as assigned by Manager of Engineering.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of Dispatch. This hybrid role can be based at one of our offices in Fort Smith or Maumelle, Arkansas, or in Shreveport, Louisiana.
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for leading and managing dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient routing of work and emergency notifications. This manager is responsible for dispatch operations in Shreveport LA, Maumelle AR, and Fort Smith AR including union and non-union teams. Key responsibilities include overseeing dispatch teams, optimizing routes, monitoring performance, resolving issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with other departments on a routine basis. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with expertise in dispatch software used throughout all Summit Utilities.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, train, and manage dispatch staff, while monitoring and analyzing dispatch performance metrics to drive improvements.
Manage dispatch schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
Implement route optimization strategies and leverage technology for real-time tracking.
Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with customer service and field operations to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Analyze performance metrics and drive process improvements.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers to ensure safe seamless operations.
Ensure proper leadership availability and support during emergency events impacting the organization on a 24/7/365 basis.
Perform other duties as required including providing support and expertise to the Customer Service, Credit/Collections, and Field Operations work units.
Facilitate and/or participate in policy, procedure, or compliance collaborations with other departments as dispatch representatives.
Represent dispatch department in meetings and presentations.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of dispatch or field operations experience in a natural gas utility preferred.
2 years of supervisory experience, preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Customer Development Representative, you will serve in a highly visible role meeting with residential and commercial customers, builders, community leaders, developers, and other trade allies to coordinate and develop new growth opportunities for Summit Utilities.
