POSITION SUMMARY
Summit Utilities is seeking a motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for executing internal communications programs across Summit Utilities, Inc. and its operating companies, while also supporting external communications efforts. The Communications Coordinator will play a key part in drafting company-wide communications, managing our internal communications calendar, and partnering with departments to create clear, consistent messaging. The role will help find innovative ways to drive team member engagement and act as a vital bridge between team members and leadership.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement Summit's internal communications strategy across all departments and operating companies.
Draft, edit, and distribute company-wide communications, including announcements, updates, and policy information via email and other channels.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly internal communications, ensuring timely dissemination of materials.
Maintain and oversee Summit's internal communications calendar to coordinate messaging and content deadlines.
Partner with internal departments to develop and align on strategic messaging initiatives.
Drive internal engagement through active oversight and maintenance of Summit's intranet and digital platforms.
Manage the project development, content creation, and execution of quarterly company newsletters.
Support the design, creation, and editing of all internal-facing presentations, notably in PowerPoint.
Provide internal communication-related trainings and resources as needed.
Lead internal and crisis communications, ensuring consistent, clear, and calm messaging during critical events.
Act as a bridge between team members and leadership, fostering open communications and a connected workplace.
Advocate for both team members and the organization by driving collaboration, engagement, and productivity-focused initiatives.
Respond to communication-related issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with external communications efforts, including drafting press releases, monitoring media engagement, and supporting community relations.
Work collaboratively with external stakeholders to share the company's message and story at public events or external functions when appropriate.
Assist with content for reports, articles, publications, and aid in organizing volunteer outings, coding invoices, managing budgets, and facilitating company events.
Support additional Communications, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, and Marketing projects as required.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, community affairs, marketing, or applicable field preferred.
Experience in corporate or internal communications within a multi-site or holding company structure.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.

POSITION SUMMARY
Summit Utilities' Legal Department is seeking a dynamic and experienced legal executive to join our team as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's litigation and corporate legal functions. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), the Deputy General Counsel will be a strategic partner to the executive team and play a critical role in mentoring legal staff, leading legal initiatives, and supporting the organization's continued growth. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day legal counsel on general corporate, litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters
Lead and mentor legal team members across functional areas, including transactions, financing, disputes and claims, employment, insurance, and records management
Partner with the CLO and executive leadership to manage legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration

POSITION SUMMARY

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Interprets construction designs and drawings of both existing and proposed gas distribution facilities.
Analyzes and interprets spatial data to ensure system integrity.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

POSITION SUMMARY
Plans, directs, schedules, performs, and checks all work in connection with construction and maintenance of gas distribution system. Performs company field operations including manual labor and other duties necessary to accomplish the installation, repair, construction, and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and directs all gas distribution work for a construction crew.
Installs, repairs or replaces steel and plastic pipe.
Trains, coaches and monitors crew members.
Responsible for locating gas lines and ensuring that other utility lines are located prior to excavation.
Responsible for the quality of all plastic and steel welding by crew members.
Transports required equipment, tools, and supplies to work site.
Provides First Responder assistance in emergency situations.
Completes paperwork as required.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages), punctuation, grammar and spelling.
Preferred candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in construction, installation, and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems, including two (2) years' experience welding (steel) pipe & two (2) years' experience of plastic fusion activities.
Requires a commercial driver's license and company welding certification.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Line Locator is responsible for identifying, mapping out, locating, and marking underground facilities using sophisticated mapping programs, electronic detection equipment, and utility maps in communication with contractors. In addition, they will coordinate and provide assistance in assessing locations for a need to repair, modify, and expand complying with industry standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Locates and marks underground distribution system for contractors and others performing excavation work using appropriate locating equipment.
Perform locates and mark facilities, using mechanical locate devices or drawings.
Drives vehicle to excavation sites and is responsible for related safety equipment and supplies utilized in work activity.
Work with outside and internal contractors and internal personnel to reduce facility damage.
Develop relationships and educate 3rd party contractors on safe digging practices.
Informs supervisor of construction projects in district of damage and/or potential danger to the distribution system

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

POSITION SUMMARY
The Gas Measurement Analyst position will be a part of the Measurement department and report directly to the Measurement Technical Support Supervisor. The Gas Measurement Analyst will coordinate with other inter-departmental staff to complete measurement data analysis and administrative support. This position will be responsible for monitoring, estimating, analyzing and reporting on Summit gas distribution system. Reporting includes gas measurement, billing and Lost & Unaccounted For Gas (LUFG).
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collect and monitor electronic flow measurement data from transportation customers and town border stations.
· Monitor and resolve hourly, daily and monthly data exception reports on electronic data collection units.
· Provide assistance and direction to field technicians in troubleshooting data collection equipment (telephone, modem, instrumentation, etc.)
· Provide resources for calculating and interpreting gas constituents and heating value.
· Provide standard configuration and setup of electronic instruments.
· Provide ready resource to field technicians on instrument setup and configurations.
· Evaluate gas capacity and gas usage.
· Provide support for LUFG reporting and data gathering.
· Generate and maintain curtailment reporting lists and priority documentation.
· Support the Gas Supply Department requests to ensure that adequate supplies are purchased to serve all of gas distributions needs on all pipelines.
· Support the reception of city gate volume data via hard copy volume statements for input into internal systems such as FlowCal and LUFG; reviews same information for abnormal flow characteristics providing analysis from a measurement perspective.
· Provide volume statements and gas measurement data to Gas Supply Department, CCS, billing, third parties, and end-users.
· Resolve questions from third parties and end-users and provide volume calculation backup for data and estimates.
· Sets up electronic flow meters for transportation customers in coordination with Marketing, Gas Supply, and CCS Billing representatives.
· Represent Summit in volumetric settlements and disputes.
· Provide daily and monthly reports on gas measurement operations.
· Gather field documentation on measurement activities and tracks testing status as required.
· Provide guidance and maintains consistency in billing devices.
· Audit third party gas volumes for appropriateness and compare receipts to system deliveries for supporting LUFG.
· Collect and review gas analysis for proper gas quality, heating value (BTU), and contract performance requirements. Make sure data is properly imported into FlowCal.
· Maintain and modify supporting data programs used in collection of field data, data retrieval, compilation, and reporting.
· Provide data record management for gas volume administration and audit requests.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

The Pipeline Safety Compliance Specialist will be responsible for activities related to extracting, organizing, analyzing and presenting Field Management System data in SAP, FSM, Cayenta, WOFA, SOFA, Reporting Server within state and federal compliance audits. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compile, review, and validate compliance records for integrity related purposes using systems such as SAP, FSM, Cayenta, WOFA, SOFA, and Reporting Server to support regulatory audits
Identify, organize, communicate and prioritize actionable insights derived from stakeholder feedback, audit findings, and operational reports.
Monitor and interpret federal and state Pipeline Safety regulations and proposed changes.
Identify and recommend process improvements, communicating effectively with management.
Standardize compliance data formats for equipment records, maintenance plans, and reporting.
Create and prioritize action item lists from various feedback sources for leadership review.
Identify improvements to processes and procedures, with the ability to effectively communicate these ideas to management.
Comply with uniform company standards when creating compliance data formats to be used in equipment records, maintenance plans, reporting, and other related information.
Effectively manage workload by strategically planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to established deadlines.
Maintain comprehensive awareness of updates and revisions to key operational and regulatory documents, including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the Construction Manual, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual, Emergency Response Program, Public Awareness Plan, Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP), Transmission Integrity Management Program. (TIMP), Operator Qualification (OQ) Plan, and the Drug and Alcohol Testing Plan.
Provide assistance with interpretation and review of state and federal laws and commission rules for industry.
Occasionally conduct field inspections of pipeline facilities, distribution/transmission systems, and construction sites to evaluate safety and performance standards that coincide with company policies and procedures.
Assist in Identifying operational deficiencies via records and field review.
Update, review and track audit matrix and audit dashboard daily and other required documents as needed
Assist in pulling data for 7100 reports, semiannual leak reports, annual safety reports, data requests, PHMSA or state inspections question sets.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma
Minimum of 3 years in a gas distribution or transmission environment
Minimum of 3 years working in Field Management systems (SAP or Cayenta preferred.)

POSITION SUMMARY

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct a team of managers fulfilling management responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws such as hiring; assigning and directing work; providing training; appraising performance, rewarding, and providing corrective action when necessary; assisting in the resolution of employee issues.
Work directly with the Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Regulatory, Accounts Payable and the Finance Departments to ensure all facilities installed/replaced are safe, efficient, and reliable systems, and that quantities and activities are accurately reported for payment.

POSITION SUMMARY

Serve as a lead witness or support witness in regulatory proceedings; provide oral and written testimony; prepare and/or review testimony, exhibits, discovery responses, and settlement analyses. Provide strategic guidance on regulatory policies, emerging laws, and industry trends impacting cost recovery and utility financial performance.
Develop regulatory recovery strategies, processes and procedures to effectively and efficiently manage large projects (general rate cases) maximize investment returns, balance customer impacts and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Lead and develop a team of regulatory analysts by establishing processes, training, and tools that improve modeling accuracy, regulatory compliance, and analytical efficiency.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

POSITION SUMMARY
Summit Utilities is seeking a motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for executing internal communications programs across Summit Utilities, Inc. and its operating companies, while also supporting external communications efforts. The Communications Coordinator will play a key part in drafting company-wide communications, managing our internal communications calendar, and partnering with departments to create clear, consistent messaging. The role will help find innovative ways to drive team member engagement and act as a vital bridge between team members and leadership.
The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator with solid writing, editing, and proofreading skills, who is passionate about creating a connected and informed workplace.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement Summit's internal communications strategy across all departments and operating companies.
Draft, edit, and distribute company-wide communications, including announcements, updates, and policy information via email and other channels.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly internal communications, ensuring timely dissemination of materials.
Maintain and oversee Summit's internal communications calendar to coordinate messaging and content deadlines.
Partner with internal departments to develop and align on strategic messaging initiatives.
Drive internal engagement through active oversight and maintenance of Summit's intranet and digital platforms.
Manage the project development, content creation, and execution of quarterly company newsletters.
Support the design, creation, and editing of all internal-facing presentations, notably in PowerPoint.
Provide internal communication-related trainings and resources as needed.
Lead internal and crisis communications, ensuring consistent, clear, and calm messaging during critical events.
Act as a bridge between team members and leadership, fostering open communications and a connected workplace.
Advocate for both team members and the organization by driving collaboration, engagement, and productivity-focused initiatives.
Respond to communication-related issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with external communications efforts, including drafting press releases, monitoring media engagement, and supporting community relations.
Work collaboratively with external stakeholders to share the company's message and story at public events or external functions when appropriate.
Assist with content for reports, articles, publications, and aid in organizing volunteer outings, coding invoices, managing budgets, and facilitating company events.
Support additional Communications, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, and Marketing projects as required.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, community affairs, marketing, or applicable field preferred.
Experience in corporate or internal communications within a multi-site or holding company structure.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments and with various stakeholders.
Confident, professional presence with the ability to interface with senior and executive leaders.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
Experience with graphic design software or presentation design tools.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and meticulous analytical capability
Demonstrated professional experience in a communications, public relations, or marketing role.

POSITION SUMMARY
Plans, directs, schedules, performs, and checks all work in connection with construction and maintenance of gas distribution system. Performs company field operations including manual labor and other duties necessary to accomplish the installation, repair, construction, and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and directs all gas distribution work for a construction crew.
Installs, repairs or replaces steel and plastic pipe.
Trains, coaches and monitors crew members.
Responsible for locating gas lines and ensuring that other utility lines are located prior to excavation.
Responsible for the quality of all plastic and steel welding by crew members.
Transports required equipment, tools, and supplies to work site.
Provides First Responder assistance in emergency situations.
Completes paperwork as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent knowledge of English, mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages), punctuation, grammar and spelling.
Preferred candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in construction, installation, and maintenance of natural gas distribution systems, including two (2) years' experience welding (steel) pipe & two (2) years' experience of plastic fusion activities.
Requires a commercial driver's license and company welding certification.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Provide a valid state Class A commercial driver's license and present and maintain a good driving record and to operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Apply knowledge of industry and company safety standards and regulations and hold others accountable for complying.
Utilize and train others on the use of proper tools for any given job.
Demonstrate and maintain company plastic fusion certification and company welding certifications.
Perform gas meter resets and relights.
Able to utilize company's mapping system effectively.
Completes all paperwork as required.
