CoxHealth is proud to be a Level I Stroke and Trauma Center, and our 800 Neuro-Ortho unit plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to these patients. As a 26-bed unit, we specialize in treating a wide range of complex conditions, including stroke, trauma, and neurosurgical cases. Job Summary

Supervises opening and closing of food service operation.
Shows professional knowledge, proficiency and initiative in achieving goals and meeting standards.
Performs any duty requested by Management to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the dining program.
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operation
Promotes team work within the department and between departments to ensure smooth operations and quality service.

Qualifications
