Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a phlebotomist; 5 years is required At least 3 years of management experience in a leadership position is required Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities and techniques Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Competency with Google applications and willingness to embrace new technology Valid driver's license and car insurance Reliable transportation A proven ability to handle ambiguity in the absence of defined systems and processes Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
