We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Success Manager. Advanced Technical Expertise: Hands-on keyboard experience and consultative skills.
Strategic Adoption Drive: Facilitate training on advanced features and practices, aligning with the customer's specific usage of Sumo Logic.
Customized Success Planning: Work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and challenges, ensuring alignment with their expected business outcomes through a hands-on, consultative approach to build their adoption plan, then help them to achieve it and track progress. You'll keep an eye out for additional opportunities and work to expand the plan as they progress to maximize the value they get from SUMO Logic.
Risk Mitigation and Planning: Ability to identify financial and adoption risks within an account and pull the team together to create a thorough plan to turn risky situations into an advocacy scenario
Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with the account team to formulate and implement strategies that balance customer needs with Sumo Logic's business growth.
Proactive Monitoring and Support: Vigilantly monitor customer KPIs, proactively address deployment issues, and drive product roadmap suggestions from customer feedback.
Executive Engagement: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly health check calls, maintaining a proactive, strategic presence in the account team.
Monitor and report on the overall well-being of customers, tracking essential health and usage indicators to reduce or eliminate churn risk
Data Analysis: Ability to look at data and infer usage patterns
Required Qualifications and Skills
Extensive SaaS Experience: Proven track record in a technical role managing multiple customer accounts, preferably with a background in DevOps Engineering, SOC analysis, or similar technical positions.
Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability in managing relationships across various levels, from technical practitioners to executives.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 7+ years of total IT sales experience and 5+ years consistent quota over achievement selling software to enterprise-level customers.
Ideally, you will have sold an on-demand/SaaS Security or IT Infrastructure Management solution to a technical and business audience (IT Heads / DevOps / Security Operations, etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We need storytellers and those that can simplify the complex for economic buyers and executives.
Good Sales DNA and methodology such as MEDDPICC is highly desired.

Role SummaryThe Global Procurement Sr. Manager for Travel, Meetings & Events will report to the Global Procurement Director. The position will have key responsibility for all aspects of sourcing for these categories. This includes ownership of all negotiations related to airlines, hotels, meeting facilities, corporate credit cards, travel agencies, and booking tools. In addition, the role partners with respective key stakeholders across the company to identify and prioritize needs, will understand the market to determine appropriate sources of supply, and benchmark/baseline the current state. Why We Have This Role
XM Strategists enhance our sales teams with their Experience Management expertise through client engagements, including executive coaching and workshops. They focus on key deals and strategic accounts to improve closure times, increase deal sizes and win rates.

Things You'll Do

These deals could range from large dollar deals with significant impact on short-term company performance to important industry leaders who prefer to take a crawl-walk-run approach to XM. Engage with select existing customers who have the potential to act as flagship advocates and are wanting to significantly expand their license within or across XM categories.

In this role, you'll:
Drive B2B builder activation events and hackathons at flagship or target Direct accounts to accelerate adoption of new solutions (Strat, NB)
Define and refine the adoption blueprint by partnering closely with Enterprise Architects, Demo Platform Engineering, Professional Services, and SI Partner on demos, repos, starter apps, sample code, and companion technical guides that capture the mindshare of the builders within target accounts and the broader B2B builder community specifically in target industries and regions
Drive adoption of the next best solution and platform capabilities for the customers
Evangelize Twilio within the B2B builder communities of the target accounts by driving building of net new POCs and demos that bring to life architectures discussed at the C-suite, line of business levels in the sales cycles
Accelerate customer adoption in paid pilots for new platform capabilities and/or POCs for new solutions at launch
