CEO micro manages EVERYTHING, down to paying invoice. No show in the office where the staff works, has a private entrance and offices behind closed locked doors. People that have been here 3 years have never seen his face. GP has ZERO concerns or cares about the people that work for him. He is money hungry.

I was Literally abused. There was no way to make contact with higher executives and was left neglected by Corporate to suffer through the worst hostility. I was Retaliated against and descrimination was unbelievable. My time is coming. I will fight for the rights. You will hear the wrongs soon.
They failed to show me any. Honestly.

CEO need to completely Reform the H.R Policies and Procederes. He needs to reach out Personally and attempt to represent dignity... make amends desperately and transform openly; especially to those who were terribly affected by his neglect.
