Job Description: Location: This role will support markets in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, and Alabama. The opportunity: The Learning & Development Consultant will provide hands-on training and development aid directly to dental practices within the Advantage Dental+ network. This role focuses on traveling to practice locations to deliver targeted training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and employee engagement. The consultant will work closely with practice teams to identify development needs, implement learning solutions, and drive measurable improvements in practice performance to help AD+ business objectives How you will contribute: Travel to dental practices to assess training needs and deliver customized learning solutions (50% travel) Conduct on-site training sessions for clinical and administrative staff on procedures, systems, and best practices Provide coaching and mentoring to practice team members to enhance skills and performance Design and facilitate group training programs that address specific practice situations and opportunities Partner with practice managers to identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency gains Implement training interventions that directly aid practice productivity and patient satisfaction goals Assist the adoption of clinical care models including Preventistry and CARE protocols Assist practices in developing internal training capabilities and knowledge transfer processes Create practice-specific training materials and resources tailored to local needs and challenges Develop job aids, process guides, and reference materials to assist ongoing learning Utilize adult learning principles to design engaging and effective training experiences Adapt corporate training programs to meet the unique requirements of practices Track and document training outcomes and their impact on practice performance metrics Collect feedback from practice teams to continuously improve training effectiveness Report on training activities, progress, and results to the Director of Learning & Development Identify trends and opportunities for broader organizational learning initiatives Work closely with practice managers, regional directors, and clinical leadership to align training efforts with business priorities Serve as a liaison between practices and corporate learning resources What you will bring with you: Bachelor's degree or related experience 2+ years' work experience within a medical/dental practice with financial software experience (Dentrix preferred) Experience/knowledge of dental terminology and what basic dental treatments entail Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills Thorough knowledge of training processes Ability to moderate large groups Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities Strong knowledge of computer software to include Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-through Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management with the ability to work without supervision while demonstrating excellent organization and follow through High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic Commitment to service excellence Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to handle confidential issues professionally Solid communication, presentation, and writing abilities Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and stakeholder requirements Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Energetic and resourceful Organized and attentive to details and deadlines Attends additional training as requested/deemed necessary Ability to hear and apply constructive criticism Preferred: Requires overall light physical effort (up to 25lbs.) Data, Reporting, and Compliance Run and validate reports to maintain provider directories, GeoAccess, and network validation compliance. Perform Excel-based comparisons, file merges, and network analyses to identify disruptions, gaps, or discrepancies. Maintain tracking logs for provider notifications, trainings, and regulatory deliverables. Ensure compliance with all policies, CMS, and state contractual requirements including annual provider compliance trainings. Training, Support & Internal Leadership Develop and facilitate team training on dashboards, reporting, purchasing, vendor management, and provider communications. Job Description: Location: Must reside in the Denver, CO area The opportunity: Member Outreach and Engagement Consultant conducts member outreach initiatives that maximize goals related to improvements in oral health outcomes and oral health literacy and network with community organizations, providers and health plans to increase oral health awareness. How you will contribute: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, data science and national outreach and connect with external community groups and state agencies to partner in outreach strategies for improving oral health outcomes of enrollees Educate enrollees on oral health literacy as well as ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Conduct interventions to increase enrollee utilization and achieve dental EPSDT goals as required by client contract and/or goals. Establish community relationships and partnerships that provide for participation in health care initiatives and programs in the dental and medical public health arena to create dental and program awareness. Provide enrollee care coordination including collaboration with Case Managers, Client Engagement and/or Provider Engagement to facilitate enrollee access to care Track and monitor performance measures and report results to management and state agency if applicable. Participate in client and community partner meetings to work collaboratively towards shared goals. Organize, plan and source community opportunities to participate in events (health fairs, faith-based organizations, schools etc.) to provide enrollees with education on oral health and when feasible secure provider to conduct onsite dental screenings. Provide enrollees with guidance and referrals during events based on information gathered during interactions with enrollees and results of dental screening. Attend and plan events throughout the state based on results of EPSDT metrics, county demographics and utilization patterns. Ensure events are distributed equally throughout the state, rural and urban areas and comply with quota and requirements of the contract. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Communicate to management ways to improve processes and productivity of company. Establish and maintain professional relationships with client and community contacts.
