Sorry to say, but management is poorly trained, and can't even work amongst themselves without infighting.

Good People, but handcuffed by poor management/

The US, which brings in almost half the revenue is treated like a relative that can't keep a job. Any money spent is treated like a handout.

Apply somewhere else.
