Position Responsibilities:
Rent specialty HVAC products and solutions towards Industrial, Manufacturing, & Petrochemical Market Segments
Management of customer relationships and account development.
Will serve in a leadership/mentor capacity to the OSR sales force
Make office and field visits to build on or create new relationships.
Discuss upcoming jobs and equipment requirements.
Assist in the bidding process.
Act as a resource for local and national information.
Investigate and resolve any issues including contract, invoice, service, etc.
Identify new customers.
Meet with the customer to identify their needs.
Review the customer's account with accounts receivable on a monthly basis and resolve any issues.
Other requirements:
Knowledge of construction & maintenance phases & schedules, Power & HVAC equipment applications, and industry trends. HVAC sales and/or rental experience is a plus
At least four years previous sales management experience.
Working alongside colleagues from all Sunbelt divisions to enhance the customer experience and leverage internal customer relationships.
Customer service experience required.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with effective supervisory skills.
Able to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch and kneel.
Computer literate, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite of products

• Monitor competition relevant to area of responsibility for new opportunities or trends in the market, develop action plans for growth or change in response to these trends
• Assist in orderly disposal of fleet relevant to area of responsibility to maximize return on disposed fleet
• Support the overall strategy of the company and the Pump & Power group
• Manage specific projects on an as needed basis to drive revenue and maximize return on investment
• Identify and develop opportunities with specific customers or market segments relevant to area of responsibility to drive revenue and maximize return on investment
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be extremely well versed and proficient in all areas relevant to their assigned product lines and areas of responsibility
• Must have a high level of technical and mechanical knowledge relevant to their assigned product lines and areas of responsibility
• Must have a complete understanding of customer market segments relevant to their assigned product lines and areas of responsibility
• Must be able to train on all facets of assigned product lines and areas of responsibility including sales, customer development and service
• Extensive Travel Required including overnight 3-4 nights per week
• Must be highly responsible and able to manage time and schedule for effective business development
• Must be physically able to work in jobsite environment for extensive periods as needed to include lifting up to 50lbs, bending, squatting, crouching, reaching

Job Description Summary
Position Objective:
The HVAC Technician 3 demonstrates a level of professionalism through positive communication and appearance and provides an exemplary level of service to our customers. This role delivers portable HVAC equipment to the customer, demonstrating skills and performance in the use, operation and repair of all company equipment. Additionally, this role repairs the most complex Climate Control equipment, provides training and guidance to other Technicians, checks in and repairs equipment, performs general shop duties and delivers/installs CC equipment as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
* Communicates professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups and service calls
* Delivers and installs rented HVAC equipment; trains authorized operator (and/or customer) on safe use of equipment
* Directs customers to sign appropriate paperwork; keeps track of serial numbers
* Successfully troubleshoots and completely understands the operation, function, specifications, capabilities and controls of any piece of rental equipment
* Operates company vehicle safely and follows all company safety policies
* Cleans and tests returned equipment, making sure operation and appearance is up to standards
* Completes appropriate paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups and service calls
* Installs flexible gas hose on both propane and natural gas applications
* Implements proper and safe procedures to check gas connections
* Works with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate records and tracking of in-stock and rented equipment
* Is on call for emergency service and is available on a rotating schedule for emergency service response calls on weekends and evenings
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* 5+ years of HVAC experience
* Must have an HVAC Certificate, which recognizes some level of formal training as well as the legal (state licensed) ability to work on refrigeration systems
* Must possess basic math skills
* Must be mechanically inclined
* Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record free from points
* Must be at least 21 years or older
* Must be able to work some after hours and weekend work during peak times
Base Pay Range: $26.12 - 33.37
