The Internal Sales Associate will represent Walton as an internal wholesaler by educating registered representatives and registered investment advisors (collectively “Advisors”) in specified US sales territories with respect to Walton and its projects offerings. Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers. Independent thinker. Attention to detail and organizational skills required. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Physical Requirements Must be 18yo or older. Must be able to stand for most of the shift. This is manual work requiring frequent sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled factory environment. Shift Details 2nd Shift is M-TH, 4X10hr shifts, 3:00 pm-1:30 am. All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed.Overtime is typically twice a month on Fridays and are 8-hour shifts.
