HEALTH RECORD TECHNICIAN FLSA: NON-EXEMPT Duties/Responsibilities: Process an average of 115 documents per day with 99% accuracy. Scan medical and dental patient records, ensuring they are maintain in databases for SCHC centers. Prioritize and immediately scan records requiring urgent attention. Adhere to strict HIPAA guidelines to maintain confidentiality. Monitor and manage the Medical Records Bucket. Sort, scan, and assign incoming mail efficiently. The Surgical Technician Specialist will be responsible for the daily involvement of all musculoskeletal surgical cases and will also follow up post-op related functions and participate in all patient care conferences as they relate to surgical cases. He/she functions under the guidance of the Registered Nurse and surgeon. DENTAL ASSISTANT- PEDIATRIC FLSA: NON-EXEMPT Duties/Responsibilities: Welcoming patients, preparing them for exams, and explaining procedures to help ease the process for pediatric patients. Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and patients as necessary. Ensure patient comfort and safety during treatments, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols. Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing and insurance tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring supplies and materials are well-stocked. Adapt to various roles within the dental practice, including front office duties and assisting with dental radiographs. Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to facilitate efficient workflow and patient care. Provide chairside assistance in four-handed dentistry. Expose and develop dental radiographs. Perform cleaning and sterilization of dental instruments and maintenance of dental equipment and treatment areas. FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE - MEDICAL FLSA: NON-EXEMPT Duties/Responsibilities: Welcome and register patients in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for providers, including handling cancellations and reschedules.
