Assess conformance to contract specifications and resolve any conflicts in interpretation. ●Integrate multiple manufacturing models and provide clash detection solution guidance when working with manufacturers. ●Schedule and manage manufacturer and subcontractor 3D virtual trade coordination meetings, preconstruction meetings and submittal review meetings. ●Review completed manufactured product scans for program based quality assurance tolerance compliance. ●Oversee BIM related closeout process. Prepare final records such as as-built models, which may include connections to project data including operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and as-built documentation. Produce turnover model file with associated documents for Owner, if required for program. ●Develop reports including reports/assessments on coordination meeting records, constraint logs, etc. ●Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: ●Bachelor's Degree from accredited and credentialed degree program in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Construction and 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience ●Able to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule ●Professional verbal and written communication skills ●Good leadership skills, able to manage competing demands while collaborating with others ●Able to supervise and prioritize responsibilities for self and others ●Proficient in computer applications, MS Office and leading-edge technologies such as lean and BIM based computer applications such as Navisworks Manage, Trimble SketchUp, and Autodesk Revit, Solid Works, Inventor, Tekla, Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper and other technologies specific to manufacturing LOD-400 and higher processes. ●Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Procore, Computational modeling, MEP, and Prefab modeling is a plus. Physical Demands: Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to occasionally climb permanent and temporary stairs, climb ladders, negotiate work areas under construction, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally requires passenger use of construction personnel hoists. Performing this job regularly requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk, hear and stand. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
