Job Summary
Plans, coordinates, and supervises field operations of projects. Provides technical direction and is responsible for safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work (including self-performed work).
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinates the means and methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources required to accomplish goals.
2. Develops and manages the construction plan with the PM for the successful execution of the work.
3. Ensures project team is coordinating schedules both internally and externally with the subcontractors for monthly updates.
4. Ensures the project superintendents identify the most efficient/effective flow of the work to maintain highest production for all trades.
5. Oversees the development of the CPM project schedule with the project superintendents and project manager.
6. Oversees the procurement process with the project team for proper coordination and alignment with the CPM schedule.
7. Oversees the timely completion of all punch lists and develops a schedule as required by the owner for the successful start-up and commissioning of all systems.
8. Participates in business development proposals and presentations.
9. Responsible for understanding prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. 10+ years' construction project supervision.
2. BS Degree in construction related field.
3. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
4. Projects worked in excess of $200 million in size.
5. White/Concrete paving experience

Key Responsibilities
1. Entry level exposure to construction software but strong computer skills including the
ability to use spread sheets, bid management, and online plan rooms.
2. Estimator will develop skills in Agtek, On Screen Take-Off, and advance to beginning
HCSS use.
3. Perform basic estimating functions and position is primarily quantity take-off and vendor

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Specifically relating to the mechanical and electrical systems:
* Lead the Turner project team, subcontractors, owner's consultants and representatives to ensure optimal alignment and efficient systems installation.
* Prepare and manage the contract item's list for all components, materials, and systems to ensure that all ROJ dates are in compliance with the project schedule with the appropriate approval status.
* Participate in schedule update meetings and provide the latest information for an informed and accurate schedule.
* Evaluate and manage the processing of RFI's.
* Manage the budget including the review, evaluation, and negotiation of all change orders with understanding of the financial status of all subcontractors.
* Supervise, coach and mentor Assistant MEP Engineers.
* Co-lead the MEP Coordination Process with the VDC Engineer, ensuring overall installation is in compliance with the design requirements, operations and maintenance fundamentals, and quality standards.
* Prepare scope of work documents with a division of responsibility for trades and specific scopes of work for temporary operations.
* Partner with the MEP Superintendent to resolve conflicts between the mechanical and electrical systems with the site logistics plan and in compliance with the project schedule.
* Co-lead with the MEP Superintendent the overall turnover process including start-up, testing, commissioning and closeout.
* Conduct regular project walkthroughs with the MEP staff to ensure that work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents, coordination drawings, and approved submittals.
* Identify and inform field staff of difficult installation requirements in sufficient time to allow for proper planning and execution.
* Manage and secure all municipal and agency documentation required for temporary certificates of information and system operation.
* Create and implement the quality control plan with the MEP Superintendent.

Job Summary
Sundt is looking for committed engineering (Civil, Structural, and Mechanical) and construction management students within accredited Universities/colleges. The internship will provide you with unique experiences on challenging projects throughout the US while providing you the opportunity to participate in several of the activities it takes to successfully build our projects. We're looking for the future leaders of our company and those who are inspired to go beyond the expected. Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting with project record keeping, preparing shop drawings, and assisting with cost control records.
2. Assisting with report preparation, safety inspections, submittal logging and processing.
3. Assisting with surveying, testing, sample collection, drawing correction and filing.
4. Assisting with time keeping and cost control, inventory control, schedule checking, subcontractor monitoring.
5. Attending bid openings, conferences, etc.; taking notes, making records, completing forms.
6. Observing and reporting results of meeting and conducting site tours for visitors .
7. Preparing quantity take-offs, calling vendors and sub-contractors for proposals.
8. Working as a manual laborer, helper, clerk or technician assistant, etc.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. A team player, ready and willing to take on whatever challenge is offered.
2. Currently enrolled in a four-year Construction Management or Engineering program.
3. Eager to learn, immensely curious, full of questions, and ready to get their hands dirty.
4. Prefer those who have interest in a construction career for a builder.
5. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Advanced level HCSS knowledge of estimate entry and quote system tools.
2. Estimate all scopes related to their discipline area of expertise.
3. Perform detailed quantity take-offs on bid items and materials in order to develop all inclusive cost estimates.
4. Estimate unit costs by analyzing crew composition, production rates, and equipment selection.
5. Participate in detailed reviews, providing thorough explanation of estimate.
