Description:
The Encompass Specialist is responsible for working with bank department leaders to configure and support the Encompass platform. This position also provides level 2 and 3 support to end users.
Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and enhance ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass Banker Edition.
Design, implement and maintain workflows, templates, pipeline views, business rules, custom input forms, reports, user access and other system functions.
Work with department leads building and changing workflows.
Monitor system and data integrity on a day-to-day basis.
Monitor support requests as received and provide assistance to users to resolve issues.
Provide support to clients via email, phone, or other methods.
Manage the change request process.
Test and coordinate Encompass releases.

Responsible for ensuring all new assets owned by are identified in the CMDB with complete configuration item data. Assets owned must be maintained to adhere with all Asset Management Policy, Standards, Processes and work instructions.
Education/Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience.
3 to 5 years of Mortgage technical experience, including an understanding of related technology in the financial services industry.
Formal training in Information systems, desktop applications, databases, software development packages and programming languages preferred.
Must possess basic knowledge of ICE Encompass LOS, knowledge of credit reporting, and industry AUS (Desktop Underwriter, Loan Product Advisor or USDA GUS).
Prior experience as a Junior Loan Processor or Loan Officer Assistant a plus.
Proven experience and proficiency with Encompass, MS Office programs including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Description:
The Regional Senior Credit Administrator (RSCA) oversees the credit quality of the loan portfolio of a specific assigned region. The RSCA works with the Regional President and lending personnel of the region to screen new loan applicants, approve loans, monitor current credits on the books for credit quality and tickler to ensure loans are accurately rated and financial/covenant and other tickler requirements are collected and in compliance with the loan requirements. The RSCA position also has direct oversight of the company's Portfolio Managers (PMs).
Responsibilities:
Screen potential loan requests through the pre-flight process. This entails working with the Bankers to arrive at the correct loan structure for the borrower and assist with the analysis of the borrower if needed.

Review loan requests and decision the loan.

Core Responsibilities: Develop and service client segments and the next generation and their next generations and beneficiaries. Gather additional assets from existing client base and deepen relationships by partnering with all Merrill partners to deliver a full breadth solutions. Coordinate technological support through the development of portfolio analysis, proposals and direct mail campaigns utilizing Salesforce and other tools and resources. Provide technical expertise in certain product areas (e.g. Corporate 401(k), Rule 144, Insurance, Wealth Management Workstation) Provide marketing and organizational support. Role is designed to allow employees to study and obtain all required registrations.

The Elite Growth Practice (EGP) Wealth Management Specialist position may be filled at a Trainee, Specialist or Senior level depending on experience of the candidate and needs of the Financial Advisor Team. The Trainee is a non-exempt position for a hire lacking required security licenses and/or designation. This position allows the individual to become fully licensed and achieve the appropriate designations required for the position. If Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses and approved designation are not currently held, must be obtained within a specified timeframe to be eligible for Specialist position.
This Elite Growth Practice (EGP) Wealth Management Specialist is for performing a variety of specialized functions across a team of Financial Advisors, such as business management, business development, wealth planning, investment management, or relationship management. Key responsibilities include providing quality client service, and operations support and executing problems where extensive analysis and evaluation is required. Job expectations include having knowledge of the Merrill Wealth Management business and supporting team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:
