Mike brings extensive operating and board leadership in public and private communications, technology and infrastructure companies to his role as CEO. His focus includes strategy development and execution, driving business transformation, leading company culture and focusing on stakeholder value.

Prior to Sungard AS, Mike served as CEO and Board Member of Broadview Networks Holdings, Inc., where he led the transformation of Broadview’s strategy and business model from a traditional local telecom service provider to a cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider. Mike has a proven track record of acquiring and integrating multiple companies, as he did with Broadview, as well as focusing on organic growth.

Prior to Broadview, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for US LEC Corp. While at US LEC, Mike raised substantial capital to fund the company’s growth objectives. Prior to US LEC, he held senior roles at Alcatel (now Nokia), Windward International and Siecor Corporation.

TJ is responsible for Sungard AS’ overall financial operations and financial analysis, budgeting, treasury and business analysis. He brings more than 30 years of experience across a wide variety of operational and financial leadership roles.

Most recently, TJ served as Executive Vice President - Corporate Development and Finance at Broadview Network Holdings, Inc. TJ played an integral role in Broadview’s business transformation from a traditional telecom company to a cloud-based, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider. Among his many qualifications, TJ has extensive experience with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and securing various types of financings - from high yield offerings to syndicated bank financing. He has led teams across all aspects of finance, including financial planning and analysis, product and customer profitability, treasury and tax. Prior to Broadview, TJ was with Chemical Banking Corporation, where he was Vice President, Banking and Corporate Financing for the Media and Communications Group and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company, where he worked in financial roles in both New York and Switzerland.

Bill brings more than 25 years of broad corporate, legal and operating experience. Bill is responsible for all legal and human resources functions.

Prior to joining Sungard AS in January 2011, Bill was Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at AT&T where he managed the enterprise sales and Sterling Commerce (sold to IBM) legal teams, which were responsible for over $40 billion in annual revenues.

Before AT&T, Bill served ten years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of USi, a cloud-computing and software-as-a-service company. He began his career associated with a number of New York law firms, representing clients in a variety of areas including venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and litigation.

Mike is responsible for leading Sungard AS’ global sales, field engagement, marketing and service management organizations. Mike is keenly focused on driving a customer-centric engagement model to ensure the long-term satisfaction, retention and growth of Sungard AS’ global, enterprise customer base. He partners closely with the company’s functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience across Sungard AS’ broad portfolio of colocation, managed and recovery services.

Mike brings more than 30 years’ experience in IT infrastructure technology, serving various industry sectors including financial services and healthcare. He served as Founder and CEO of an IT infrastructure and data center company, Cervalis, for 15 years. Under Mike’s leadership, Cervalis was sold to CyrusOne in 2015. Prior to the sale, Cervalis was recognized as a trusted information technology business services provider, used by some of the largest and most prestigious global financial firms running mission critical banking and trading systems.

As a Senior CTO Architect with a background of software development, I mostly work in collecting and analyzing the latest innovative technologies in order to help create new products and improve current ones through PoC/MVP developments, along with transferring knowledge to Product teams. One of the recent new products is Managed AWS Services and I have been supporting multiple different customer requirements in integrating various applications on AWS platforms using multiple AWS services like AWS IoT, Redshift, Kinesis, SageMaker, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, Lambda, Step functions, API Gateway and etc. with CI/CD pipelines of CodeBuild, CodePipeline and Cloudformation.

In addition, I also focus on Machine Learning technology, especially NLP (Natural Language Processing) and ETL jobs to build Data Lake/Data Warehousing with silo data from multiple data sources like Salesforce, Oracle E-Business Suite, Service Now and Teradata databases. The NLP projects include Email Alert System to send notification by analyzing the content of emails, and Ticket Auto Generation System to automatically create ServiceNow tickets based on customer request content and assign them to proper assignment groups. I mostly use libraries of TensorFlow, Bert, Transformers, scikit-learn, etc. and the services are provided using SageMaker Endpoint APIs coupled with Lambda functions. The client interfaces are Chatbot / Slack built with Lex and an AR application built with Sumerian/Polly/Lex.
