Coordinate and work with contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to complete job. Serve as front-line Company representative and must provide excellent service to the customer and to the public. Perform failure analysis on parts and products utilizing FEA methods within ANSYS. Create DFMEA's for new products. Design for manufacturing. Perform cost analysis and tolerance studies. Experience with NPDI in a phase gate process. Source parts, identify appropriate vendors, and communicate with vendors on design optimization.
