In addition, the company offers services in the areas of electrical distribution systems, automation projects, technical support, revamping of skids and modular plants, modifications/expansion of various I&E systems, supervision assistance, consultation, grassroots construction, counterpoise/grounding systems, and lightning protection and installation. Further, it provides marine construction services, which include project development, marine pipeline and facility construction, emergency leak repairs, production barge installation, directional drilling water crossings, revetment work, remote pipeline and facility construction and maintenance, marine jetting, caisson services, and others; field services; and turnkey project services. The company was incorporated in 1974 and is headquartered in Eunice, Louisiana.
