Job Summary:
The Quality Auditor will scan outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, ensuring compliance with procedures, identifying damaged items, performing operational checks, inspecting product quality, documenting audit results, communicating issues, inventory counting, and maintaining quality logs.
Lead responsibilities: The lead role involves overseeing Quality Assurance Auditors, developing quality control procedures, training auditors, analyzing audit trends, communicating findings, collaborating on corrective actions, ensuring policy compliance, reviewing logs, assisting inventory management, maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness, conducting audits, and acting as the primary contact for quality issues.
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday (some OT and weekends may be required)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scan outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control, when required.
Ensure and comply with all procedures established to ensure product is being properly controlled.
Communicate all problems and concerns regarding shipment scanning to management.
Identify damaged items staged in outbound bays.
Perform various operational checks to monitor adherence to company procedures.
Inspect outbound products for quality assurance, to include labeling, placards and customer specific instructions.
Accurately document results of outbound audits upon completion.
Communicate with management and team members on a daily basis.
Keep count of inventory in assigned areas.
Maintain log of quality control.
Other duties as assigned.
Lead Responsibilities (in addition to the above):
Oversee and coordinate the activities of Quality Assurance Auditors to ensure accuracy and quality control in outbound shipments.
Develop and implement enhanced quality control procedures and standards.
Train and mentor Quality Assurance Auditors on best practices and company procedures.
Monitor and analyze audit results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and other departments.
Collaborate with management to address recurring quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards across all quality assurance activities.
Conduct periodic reviews of quality control logs and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in inventory management and reconciliation in assigned areas.
Lead efforts to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Perform audits and inspections of outbound products, ensuring adherence to company and customer standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related concerns and resolutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Class A CDL Truck Driver performs the following tasks:
Operate company owned and leased trucks over 4 tons to facilitate shipping and receiving operations
Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of customer products and materials
This position will be on-site, no miles driven - focus on trailer moves in the yard
Perform required before, during and after operation “user maintenance” and provide required reports
Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations
Operate material handling equipment
Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs
Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition
Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations

Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met. **KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
+ Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
+ Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records
+ Track and send reports to designated plant personnel
+ Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products
**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Work with machinery and material handling equipment
+ Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
+ Perform assigned projects as instructed
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
+ 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience
+ Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
+ Strong conflict management skills
+ Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
+ Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
+ Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
+ Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
