Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, professional quality massage therapy services
Adhere to all policies and practices/present a high level of cleanliness/sanitation of massage rooms and equipment, maintain a professional appearance, and visual presentation throughout the customer experience
Discuss and make note of each client's painful or stressed areas and any health conditions prior to providing services to ensure safety and satisfaction
Actively listen to clients' during the massage and adjust pressure/technique to meet their needs and accommodate requests, within reason
Perform and maintain updated knowledge of all applicable services, products, and treatments offered on the menu with a healing and relaxing touch according to state/local protocol and Sunlighten Day Spa values
Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable by providing a high-level of customer service with enthusiasm through all methods of communication and ensure clients leave feeling important, satisfied, and special
Coordinate with other spa team members on scheduling and expectations and adhere to appointments to provide exceptional guest experience
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
Licensed in Kansas and Overland Park- as required by law
Proficient knowledge of relaxation, prenatal, hot stone, and deep tissue massages
Ability to provide 30-90 minute massages to clients by appointment
Capable of exerting physical pressure during massage sessions to address clients' needs
Must be able to lift and carry massage equipment and supplies
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positivity and "can do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and customer service experience
Confidence in service skills and quick decision-making skills
Ability to stand for extended time periods

Requirements
10+ years of program or project management experience in software, product engineering, new product development or technology-driven environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to translate complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Guest Experience Representative is expected to be the first point of contact for visitors and provide premier and professional guest services. Guest Experience will work as part of a team directly under the Lead Spa Coordinator and Spa Manager. At Stormont Vail Health, in Topeka, Kansas, we are expanding our dermatology program and looking for a BC/BE dermatologist to join our team of 5 full-time dermatologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers with NO CALL. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a passion for patient care.

Qualifications:
• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified/Eligible in Dermatology
• Ability to foster patient, physician, and staff satisfaction
• Kansas Medical Licensure (or eligible)
