Documentation & Governance Establish and enforce documentation standards for projects, decisions, and outcomes. Maintain centralized documentation for visibility and accountability. Oversee issue management and defect review processes, ensuring timely prioritization and resolution. Track trends, identify recurring issues, and drive improvements in product quality and QA effectiveness. Tools & Systems Optimization Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of project and delivery tools that enhance transparency and predictability. Define standard workflows and reporting structures that support scalable growth. Serve as a champion for agile and delivery of best practices, ensuring tools support effective collaboration. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, product owners, QA, IT, and several internal business teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution. Facilitate structured communication rhythms-standups, reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions-across global and cross-functional teams. Manage change control and engineering processes to ensure effective governance and seamless delivery. Continuous Improvement Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve delivery performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and transparent communication. Mentor teams on best practices in documentation, process discipline, and agile delivery. Lead quarterly retrospectives and lessons-learned reviews to drive measurable organizational growth. Other duties as discussed and assigned. Requirements 10+ years of program or project management experience in software, product engineering, new product development or technology-driven environments. Proven success building and scaling processes in environments with evolving or limited structure. Strong expertise in Jira administration, agile methodologies, and cross-team coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to translate complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones and disciplines. Understanding of CI/CD and engineering workflows is preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and process gaps. The Guest Experience Representative is expected to be the first point of contact for visitors and provide premier and professional guest services.
