Position Summary This position requires competency in both housekeeping and laundry functions. Although normally assigned to one function, individuals in this job must be competent and willing to perform the duties of the other function as directed. Responsible for the cleanliness and proper sanitation of all resident apartments and common areas of the community. Performs detailed cleaning of residents' rooms and prepares empty rooms for move- ins. Responsible for the laundering of linens, drapes, and resident personal clothing within the assigned area of service. This is a Full-Time position. Essential Duties Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces following established schedules and standards. Provide laundry and linen services for residents as assigned. Maintain infection control and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment. Respond to resident needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect. Assist with organizing resident living spaces to promote comfort and safety. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to appropriate staff. Work collaboratively with other team members to support resident well-being. Basic Qualifications & Experience Previous housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred, but not required. Compassionate, patient, and respectful when working with seniors. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
